I was desperate to get a document translated in 10 hours or less. Thankfully, RushTranslate accepted my order at 9pm, had a draft within half an hour, and got it notorized before I woke up the next day. Customer support was fast to respond, the translation was quick and accurate, and they were the only service online that help me in the time frame that I needed. I can't say enough good things about this service.

I afraid I need to rate one star for service, although translation is ok.
I had to translate, notarize AND apostille document - details communicated before order. As per feedback from RushTranslate, they do only translate and notarization - this is clear.
Unfortunately, they totally ignored the reason why I need it - for apostille in another state. Nobody clarified that notarization from KY cannot be accepted in any other state which I believe RushTranslate knows very well. (but they have "valid in all 50 states" ad)
As result, I can't use provided notarization (I'm not in KY state)
To correct the facts of this review: You requested a quote and stated you needed an apostille. We responded that we don't supply the apostille, but that we notarize in KY and you could get an apostille from the KY Secretary of State and we sent you a link to our guide on that process. You proceeded to place the order with that information and after it was complete you came back and said you couldn't get an apostille in NY.
As we informed you in the quote request, prior to placing the order, only the state that commissioned the notary can provide an apostille. You can still obtain the apostille from KY and it will be as valid as an apostille obtained from NY. Just follow the guide we supplied and you'll be all set.
