Affiliate Program Overview

The RushTranslate affiliate program allows you to earn a 20% commission on qualified sales you refer. Whether you're a blogger, digital marketer, or organization with an audience that needs certified document translations, our program offers a simple and transparent way to generate revenue.

How the Program Works

Participating in the affiliate program is straightforward:

1. Apply: Fill out a brief application form. Once approved, you'll receive access to your affiliate dashboard and a unique referral link.
2. Promote: Share your referral link on your website, blog, email list, social channels, or anywhere else you engage your audience.
3. Earn: You'll earn a 20% commission on every qualified order placed through your referral link.

Once accepted, you can log in to view your dashboard, access tracking tools, and review payouts.

Commission Structure

Affiliates earn 20% of the amount charged for each qualified purchase. There is no cap on how much you can earn. Scheduled monthly payouts are issued via PayPal once your eligible commission balance reaches $25 after refunds and other commission adjustments. We may issue smaller payouts at our discretion. Earned unpaid commissions do not expire; balances below $25 carry forward to future months until the minimum is met.

Refunds, voided payments, and chargebacks reduce or reverse the related commission. If funds from a chargeback are later recovered, the corresponding commission may be restored.

To receive payouts, you'll need to submit appropriate tax documentation and ensure your payment details are up to date. Complete payout eligibility and processing terms are outlined in the Affiliate Terms of Service.

Referral Tracking

Our system uses a browser-based, 90-day tracking cookie. Each qualified visit through your affiliate link starts a new 90-day tracking period. Visiting your link again, including a repeat visit through the same affiliate code, replaces the previous referral record and starts a fresh 90-day period. Ordinary return visits that do not use a valid referral link do not extend the tracking period.

RushTranslate uses the visitor's most recent valid referral link for future attribution. If the visitor follows another valid RushTranslate affiliate, partner, or customer referral link, the existing cookie is replaced. A referral that has already been attached to an existing draft quote or order is not changed when the browser cookie is later replaced or expires.

Affiliate tracking cookies are not automatically removed after a purchase. They may apply to additional qualified orders during the remaining tracking period. However, a later affiliate generally will not receive commission if the customer already has an earlier order associated with a different affiliate code.

Cookies are specific to the visitor's browser and device. Tracking may not work if the visitor blocks or deletes cookies, uses a different browser or device, or otherwise prevents the cookie from being stored.

Tracking only applies to properly formatted affiliate links and qualified traffic. Referral activity that includes cookie stuffing, automated bot traffic, or traffic from unapproved sources is not eligible and may result in account termination.

Referral statuses in the affiliate dashboard have the following meanings:

• Active: The referral record's tracking period has not ended or been replaced. Attribution still depends on the cookie remaining available in the visitor's browser.
• Overwritten: A later valid referral visit replaced this record. This includes a repeat visit through your own affiliate link, which creates a new active record for you and starts a fresh 90-day period.
• Expired: The referral record reached the end of its tracking period without being renewed or replaced.

Performance Dashboard

Once approved, you'll have access to a real-time dashboard where you can track performance in real time and export detailed reports for internal use or analysis. This dashboard provides visibility into all key metrics related to your affiliate activity.

You'll be able to monitor:

• Clicks and referral traffic
• Order conversions
• Commission totals
• Payout history
• Exportable reports for tracking and analysis

Note that reports are subject to verification and may be adjusted prior to final payout.

Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates are expected to promote RushTranslate responsibly and in accordance with our program terms. All promotional activity must comply with applicable laws, FTC disclosure guidelines, and the requirements outlined in the Affiliate Terms of Service. Violations may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

You may not:

• Make misleading claims about pricing, services, or promotions
• Place affiliate links on coupon sites or deal aggregators
• Use paid search ads targeting RushTranslate brand keywords
• Send spam or use unsolicited advertising
• Refer traffic using bots, pop-ups, or pay-to-click schemes

Eligibility and Application

To participate, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have an active online presence (e.g., website, blog, or social media following)
• Submit a completed affiliate application
• Agree to the Affiliate Terms of Service

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval. All applications are reviewed manually, and we reserve the right to decline applicants for any reason.
