Personal Information We Collect

Account Deletion
If you delete your account, you will no longer be able to log in, reset your password, register again with the same email address, or access your account pages, quotes, orders, invoices, payment pages, or files through customer-facing or public links. Future account and marketing emails to that account will stop.
Account deletion does not automatically remove all Personal Information or service records from our systems. We may retain order records, quote records, invoices, transaction records, uploaded and translated files, communications, fraud-prevention records, and related account information when needed for reporting, accounting, compliance, security, dispute resolution, legal obligations, or legitimate business operations. To request deletion or correction of Personal Information beyond closing your account, contact us using the details below.
Data Retention
We retain Personal Information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. If you ask us to delete Personal Information, we will review and respond to the request subject to identity verification, applicable law, and any records we must keep for reporting, accounting, compliance, security, dispute resolution, legal obligations, or legitimate business operations.
