very fast! I only waited overnight for the 4-5 paper to be translated. The only thing that took one star away was that I put some notes in there; they didn't read them, but they fixed the spelling very quickly, in only an hour.

Faster than expectation

(Translated by Google) My documents were in Spanish and Portuguese: my Cuban birth certificate and identity card, and my Brazilian driver's license. I translated them into English and had them notarized to send to the IRS to obtain my PTIN for filing taxes. They were accepted, and the process was very quick.
