RushTranslate Business Accounts

RushTranslate Business gives organizations one shared account to order, quote, track, and manage certified translations. It is designed for companies, institutions, law firms, service providers, and teams that need better visibility across translation activity.

With a business account, your team can:

  • View shared business orders and quotes from one dashboard
  • Invite team members and manage role-based access
  • Use shared payment methods and billing details
  • Export reports for orders, quotes, transactions, and invoices
  • Request invoicing, API access, and white label services

For setup steps and account-management details, see Creating and Managing a RushTranslate Business Account.

High-Volume Business Translation Services

For organizations with ongoing or high-volume translation needs, we offer dedicated workflows to streamline ordering, file delivery, and communication.

We'll work with you to:

  • Set up efficient submission and delivery workflows
  • Assign consistent translators where possible for quality and tone continuity
  • Enable billing options like invoicing for approved accounts
  • Incorporate white-label delivery if you're reselling our services
  • Integrate with our translation API if automation is part of your workflow

These workflows are customized during onboarding based on your document types, frequency, and turnaround requirements.

Team Management

Business accounts let your organization manage translation activity under one shared account instead of separate individual accounts. Admins can invite team members, assign roles, and decide who can manage business settings.

Team members can place and track orders and quotes for the business, while admins can manage business settings, team access, billing tools, and approved business features.

Billing and Reports

Business accounts can use shared payment methods and billing details so team members can place orders under one centralized account. Qualified businesses can request invoicing with payment terms.

When invoicing is enabled, admins can:

  • View and manage invoices from the account
  • Download invoice copies
  • Manage billing contact, billing address, and tax ID
  • Pay invoices online or access instructions for ACH, wire, or check payments

Business accounts also include downloadable reports for reconciliation and internal tracking:

  • Orders
  • Quotes
  • Transactions
  • Invoices, for admins with invoice access

To learn more about business billing, see Business Invoicing.

White-Label Translation Solutions

If you offer document translation services as part of your business, RushTranslate's white-label solution allows you to fulfill those translations under your own brand.

With white-labeling enabled on your account:

  • Completed translations are delivered with your company's custom coversheet and letterhead
  • RushTranslate branding is fully removed from the client experience
  • You maintain full control over pricing, communication, and delivery to your clients

This setup is commonly used by:

  • Immigration service providers
  • Legal and education consultants
  • Document preparation firms
  • Agencies offering translation as part of a larger service package

All completed translations are returned to you for distribution. You remain the primary point of contact for your clients throughout. If you're also using our translation API, white-label branding will apply to those orders as well.

To request white label services, create a business account and submit the request from Business Settings, or contact our business team.

Translation API Integration

For tech-enabled businesses and platforms, our translation API allows direct programmatic access to our services.

Key features:

  • Submit orders via secure RESTful endpoints
  • Track order status and receive webhooks for key updates
  • Retrieve translated documents programmatically

API access is available to approved business accounts with invoicing enabled. If you're interested in integrating with our translation API, create a business account and request API access from Business Settings, or contact our business team to get started. You can begin development and testing in our sandbox environment before going live.

API documentation is available and includes everything you need to review endpoints, authentication, and integration guidelines.

Business clients receive support from our team to ensure smooth, efficient translation workflows.

We can assist with:
