High-Volume Business Translation Services

For organizations with ongoing or high-volume translation needs, we offer dedicated workflows to streamline ordering, file delivery, and communication.

We'll work with you to:

  • Set up efficient submission and delivery workflows
  • Assign consistent translators where possible for quality and tone continuity
  • Enable billing options like monthly invoicing
  • Incorporate white-label delivery if you're reselling our services
  • Integrate with our translation API if automation is part of your workflow

These workflows are customized during onboarding based on your document types, frequency, and turnaround requirements.

Third-Party Payments for Quotes

If a third party—such as a client, HR department, or legal team—needs to pay for your translation, you can send them a secure payment link directly from the quote page.

To send a payment request:

  1. Go to your quote status page
  2. Click “Send Payment Link”
  3. Enter the payer's name, email address, and an optional message

The recipient will receive a secure link to complete payment. They'll only see the quote number and total due—not any files or details. Once payment is complete, the quote is converted to an order and you'll receive confirmation.

Monthly Invoicing

If your team places frequent orders, you can enable monthly invoicing to consolidate billing and simplify reconciliation.

We offer:

  • A single invoice for all orders during the billing period
  • Optional PO numbers or references on each order
  • Flexible payment methods including ACH, wire, check, and credit card
  • Net terms for approved accounts

Once invoicing is enabled, you'll see a new Invoices section in your account. From there, you can:

  • View and manage all invoices associated with your account
  • Download invoice copies for your records
  • Make online payments via credit card or PayPal
  • Access instructions for submitting offline payments via ACH, wire, or check

The Invoices section is only available to approved business accounts. To request access, contact our business team. We'll review your needs and confirm eligibility.

White-Label Translation Solutions

If you offer document translation services as part of your business, RushTranslate's white-label solution allows you to fulfill those translations under your own brand.

With white-labeling enabled on your account:

  • Completed translations are delivered with your company's custom coversheet and letterhead
  • RushTranslate branding is fully removed from the client experience
  • You maintain full control over pricing, communication, and delivery to your clients

This setup is commonly used by:

  • Immigration service providers
  • Legal and education consultants
  • Document preparation firms
  • Agencies offering translation as part of a larger service package

All completed translations are returned to you for distribution—you remain the primary point of contact for your clients throughout. If you're also using our translation API, white-label branding will apply to those orders as well.

Translation API Integration

For tech-enabled businesses and platforms, our translation API allows direct programmatic access to our services.
