How to Manage Your Order

Once you've placed an order, you can track its progress, make updates, download files, and request changes all from your order page. This article explains how to manage every aspect of your order—from approval to delivery.

Accessing Your Orders

When you place an order, we email you a direct link to the order status page. This link allows you to access your order at any time—even if you didn't create an account.

If you do have an account, you can also log in and go to the Orders section to view your order history. From there, you can search, filter, and sort to find what you need quickly.

Click any order to view full details, track progress, download files, request revisions, or access receipts and invoices.

Understanding Order Statuses

Each order is assigned a status to help you track its progress. Your order page clearly displays the current status along with a brief explanation of what's happening and what to expect next. Not all orders will go through every status—only the ones relevant to your specific request and selected services.

Status Description
New We've received your order and are reviewing your files. We'll assign a translator shortly and send an update when work begins.
In Progress Your order has been assigned to a translator and is actively being worked on.
Client Review Your files are ready for your review. You can approve the translation or request revisions before the order is finalized.
In Revision We're working on the revisions you requested. You'll be notified when the updated files are ready.
Approved You've approved the translation and confirmed everything is correct. Your order is now locked for delivery.
In Review A team member is reviewing your order before final delivery. This could include a formatting check or quality control pass.
Finalizing We're preparing your final files and attachments. This may include generating certified coversheets, notarization, or shipping setup.
Completed Your order is complete. You can download your files and submit a review from the order page.
Canceled This order has been canceled. All work has stopped, and we'll issue a prorated refund if any work was already completed. If this was an error, please contact support.
On Hold We've contacted you about an issue with your order. Please reply so we can continue processing.

Approving Your Order

Only orders that include notarization or shipping will require approval before completion. This extra step ensures all necessary changes are made before final documents are finalized and it's too late to adjust them.

When your translation is complete, it will enter Client Review status. You'll receive an email notification with a secure link to review the files.

  • Approve the order if everything looks good
  • Submit a revision request if changes are needed
  • Leave a note if something is unclear or you have feedback

Once approved, the order will continue into the finalization workflow—such as preparing certified coversheets, applying notarization, or generating shipping documents—and then move to Completed status when everything is finished.

Making Changes to Your Order

If you need to update your files or instructions after placing an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible. In most cases, changes can be made if work hasn't yet started. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the requested change
  • Any new files, if applicable

If work has already begun, changes may incur additional charges or affect the turnaround time. We'll review and confirm any updates with you before proceeding.

Tracking Progress and Turnaround Time

You can view the current status and estimated delivery date from your order page at any time. This estimate is based on the service type, language pair, and any add-ons you selected—such as expedited turnaround or notarization.

We'll also send email notifications at key points in the process:

  • When your order starts processing
  • When your translation is ready for review
  • When your order is completed and files are ready to download

If there's a delay for any reason—such as a clarification needed, file issue, or translator availability—we'll notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated timeline.

Accessing Your Translation Files

As soon as your order is ready—either for review or final delivery—you'll receive an email with a secure link to your order page. From there, you can download your translated files at any time.

If your order is in Client Review status, the files are provided for preview only. They may not yet include certification, notarization, or other final deliverables. Once you approve the translation, we'll generate the final certified version and any additional documents you've requested.

If you have trouble downloading your files, try using a different browser or disabling any browser extensions that may interfere with downloads. Still having issues? Contact support and we'll make sure you receive your files without delay.

Requesting Revisions or Corrections

We want your translation to be exactly right. If you notice an issue with the preview or completed files, you can request a revision directly from the order status page.

Revisions are included at no charge when:

  • There's a clear error or omission
  • You're clarifying something you originally requested
  • The formatting doesn't match your instructions

All revision requests go through a structured workflow and are routed directly to the translator who completed the project. It is at their sole discretion to approve or deny the request based on their professional judgment and the scope of the original order.

For the fastest response, submit your revision through the order status page. Requests sent via email or other channels may take longer to process and are more likely to result in delays.

If your revision involves new content or changes outside the original scope, additional charges may apply. We'll always confirm pricing and turnaround adjustments with you before moving forward.

Downloading Invoices and Receipts

You can download a professional invoice and payment receipt directly from your order page. These documents are useful for business records, reimbursement, or internal documentation.

  • Click the Invoice button at the top of the page to download a PDF copy of your full order invoice.
  • To access individual payment receipts, use the overflow menu (three dots) next to each transaction in the payment history section.

Tracking Orders With Shipping

If your order includes hard copy delivery, tracking information will be displayed on your order page for each shipment as soon as it's available. You'll receive an email with the tracking number and can check delivery status at any time.

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged, contact support and we'll help resolve the issue.

Writing or Editing a Review

Once your order is complete, you can leave a review directly from the order status page. You'll see links to leave a review on Google, the Better Business Bureau (BBB), or directly on our website.

If you'd like to update a review later—for example, after a revision—you'll need to do so on the platform where the review was originally posted.

Reviews submitted on Google and BBB are automatically synced to appear on our Reviews page daily, alongside reviews left directly on our site.
