Certified Translation Deliverables

Certified translations include a signed certification for official submissions to recipients such as USCIS, courts, and universities. Basic formatting follows the source document's structure so its content is easy to read and compare, without reproducing every visual detail. You'll receive a Certificate of Translation Accuracy signed and stamped by the translator and RushTranslate, with digital delivery through a secure link. You can also add notarization or physical delivery when your recipient requires them.

Standard Translation Deliverables

Standard translations suit business, personal, and informational content when signed certification is not required. They preserve the document's meaning and tone and arrive in an editable format, usually a Word document. Basic formatting keeps the content readable, rather than reproducing the original layout exactly. Standard translations do not include a Certificate of Translation Accuracy or notarization, so choose certified translation if your recipient requires those services.

What's Not Included (Unless Selected)

These optional services are only available for certified translations and must be selected during checkout or when submitting your quote request. They are not available for standard translations.

• Notarization: Included only if selected. Adds an official notarized signature to the Certificate of Translation Accuracy.
• Hard copy delivery: Digital files are standard. Physical shipment is available as an add-on.
• E-Apostille: If you need an apostille, we offer electronic apostille service for eligible documents.

Revisions and Edits

You can request a free revision for a correction or clarification within the original scope of your order. The original translator reviews the request and uses their professional judgment to make any needed changes. Submit the request through your order status page so the translator can see your feedback alongside the files. Requests sent by email or another channel may take longer to reach them. Examples include:

• There's a clear error or omission
• You're clarifying something originally requested
• Formatting doesn't match your original instructions

New content or changes to the source document may require additional charges because they add work outside the original order. We'll review your request and confirm any changes to the price or estimated turnaround before proceeding.

Translator Signatures and Credentials

Certified translations include an official Certificate of Translation Accuracy signed and stamped by the translator and RushTranslate. This certificate shows:

• The translator's name, signature, and credentials
• The name and signature of the RushTranslate authorized signer
• The date of certification
• The certification stamp from the company
• The company contact details

The translator's signature is digital on all certified translations, including physical copies. On notarized hard copies, the RushTranslate authorized signer and notary provide the wet-ink signatures and stamps.

Digital vs. Physical Copies

All orders include digital delivery by default. You'll receive an email with a download link once the files are ready.

If you selected shipping with your certified translation, we'll send physical copies of the certified translation to your specified address. Delivery timelines vary based on the shipping method selected.

Turnaround Time Expectations

Your estimated turnaround depends on the service, language pair, and optional services selected. Your order page shows the estimate and lets you follow progress through review and delivery.
