What payment methods do you accept?

How are pages counted for certified translation?

Pages for certified translations are calculated based on the total word count of the document. A page is defined as 250 words or less, including numbers. Learn more about counting pages.

Do you offer refunds if I no longer need my translation?

You may request a cancellation at any time before your order is completed. Refunds for translation services will be prorated based on the work completed by the translator. Optional services, such as notarization and hard copies that have not yet been provided, will be fully refunded.
