Its very bad , they do a mistakes in printing ,i get document names written with different colors , when i ask to repair them fault they ask me agin money , its not my fault , i donβt want pay again for something not my fault

We understand the concern and want to clarify the difference you noticed.
Digital copies of our translations include black signatures and stamps as part of the PDF. For shipped hard copies, we apply wet-ink signatures and stamps in blue. This is intentional and helps distinguish original, physically signed documents from printed digital copies.
The ink color does not affect acceptance, and both formats meet standard requirements.

Before the order was placed, we responded to your question and requested additional details to help confirm acceptance, but did not receive a reply and the order was placed without that clarification. As the service was completed, it is not eligible for a refund per our policy.
We understand how frustrating this can be and are always happy to review requirements in advance to help avoid issues like this.

The service has a quick turn around, but at a cost. Both of my files had major errors. One had a name misspelled and another had another person's name completely (probably another client). They did rectify the errors but if you use the service know that you have to double check everything. Saying they are approved for government use and have multiple name errors is just a huge red flag as those translations would be immediately rejected. So if you respect accuracy and privacy I would look elsewhere.
