Your document was 103 words, so it was counted as a single page and you received the lowest price possible.
Numbers are counted as words because they must be typed and formatted in the translation, even if they do not change. You can read more about how word counts work here: https://rushtranslate.com/help-center/word-page-counts

I am very disappointed with their service. They are unprofessional and do not pay attention to the details of the translation. I asked them to translate my birth certificate, which is important, but they made some mistakes. I understand the initial mistake, but when I received the document after it was corrected, I found that some of the mistakes were still there. This shows that they were negligent and did not realize the importance of the content of the document.What happened was that it was a waste of my time because in order to use this important document, I had to wait for them to edit the document twice. I sent them an email to have it corrected, but what I received was not even an apology.
