STARTED OFF WELL WITH SOFIA LARA, THEN PLUMETED! I would give this business NO STARS IF I COULD. BUYER BE AWARE!! On 12/02/2025 I submitted for a qoute to have a TRANSLATIONS OF A DIVORCE DECREE AND A BIRTH CERTIFICATE. (I'm getting married folks) Lara reached out to ask for a clear copy of my birth certificate, I enlarged and brighten the birth certificate, and sent 5 copies area by area. She responded saying the copies were much clear, and approved, and what to expect next. Which was when they are done I'd be notified and when shipped I'd be notified all with a 48 hour turn around. The divorce translation was done on the same day 12/02/2025. But no action on the birth certificate. On 12/05/2025, after not receiving a fed-ex, I checked my account.. Nothing done on the birth certificate, I emailed, Cristopher Alvarada said let me check into it, said that I needed to approve the translated copy then it will be shipped. (to which I said I don't read the foriegn language, that's why I wanted it Notarized, and nowhere in the email or account did it say to approve it so that it could be shipped). I advised him that I was concerned as I was preparing to leave the country and needed the hard copies, before leaving, and since they did not ship during weekends. No reply. 12/06- email conversations with Carlos Aviles, I advised that I am leaving the country, and the documents would need to be shipped to me out of the country. NO REPLY. I changed the forwarding address on my account. On 12/07- again I advised that I am leaving the country, and gave a forwarding adress. Thinking the birth certificate would still be done with a reply by Carlo Aviles, that all was being looked into. On 12/08, today, I get an email from Fed-ex, that a package was received today, and would be delivered to my home address. I send and email to this business, and advising that despite asking them not to ship to my home, they did it anyway, and I still don't see anything done ref the birth certificate. I get a response from Carlo Aviles advising that the birth certificate was canceled, it was to blurry. Keep in mind, that the email with the clear copies of the birth certificate still, per my email suite, have not been opened. I emailed Carlo again advising this, and received an email advising the the notary, and Fed -Ex shipping was canceled. However it did not reflect reimbursement for the charges related to the birth certificate. This is were things are right now. Stay tuned for results of my efforts to get the money back for the birth certificate that was not done.

I paid extra for urgent service and was promised that everything — including the certified and notarized translation — would be completed within 12 hours. Yes, I received the translation itself, but the notarization was not done. Instead, I was told that it will only be processed Monday–Friday during business hours. So why did you charge me for urgent service if you cannot provide the full service urgently? This is completely misleading. If you actually need something fast, avoid this company. They will take your money for “rush service” and then make you wait anyway. If you don’t care about deadlines, then maybe it’s fine. But if time matters to you, look somewhere else.

UPDATE: The review in trustpilot has been removed, again, the request here if for RushTranslate to make more visible for people that scammers are misusing their information and not have the information in places where you need to really navigate their website to be able to find those warnings. There are profiles in social media, that have the information set up by the scammers. I do believe the company has some responsibility to make sure general people is informed about scammers impersonating them wrongly, but all this has become just about me taking down the review, which might be a flag for people about to be scammed by the impersonating people and the hope is that someone reading at this review will then go their website and look for the information instead of following instructions form the pages in social media that are not theirs. The company says they don't use social media - fair point, but the scammers are using it for them, then just make it clear in your web that you don't have any social media in a place that is really visible. I am leaving here a screenshot of one of those scam FB page that is from a scammer and NOT the company, again with the hopes to help someone falling for the scammers and checking this company website to inform themselves before. Original review: Be aware, there are scammers using the name of this company (or at least that is the answer we got from them), while the company is aware of the situation, they have not really visible that they don't have social media, which is the prefer method for the scammers to get people. I ask them when they contacted me due to a review I left in trustpilot, which I was asked to delete and then they manage for trustpilot to remove it, that they have FAQ about that (not visible easily, you need to go thru the section to bump into it) or what they call a banner on the job section, which is small and unless you click on it, not possible to see the content of the warning. I am placing one star because instead the target was to remove the review and not to protect the people that is being scammed with the missuses of the name. If you want to make sure your company does not get scam reviews, maybe you should make easier to see that your company is being impersonated by people for the purpose of scamming in a more obvious way. The communication was only to remove the review and that was the target. Obviously the efforts done are not enough and not clear enough for the outsiders given that the scammers keep impersonating the company in different ways. All I am asking is to have warnings more visible and in better places, so people is aware that YOU as a company are actually trying to prevent scams happening while your company information is being used. Not too much to ask from a reputable company or is it?

Rush is a very trustworthy translation/notary/apostille agency. The translated my documents right away and once I approved, they were ready within 24hrs. notarized and apostilled.
