It was good and on time. However, I wish the translator had followed my notes and sent me the translation for review before it was marked as completed. Also, I expected to receive a paper copy of the document, but it seems I won't.

It was pretty bad. It 'sounded' like computer software translation.
I had to re-type it and make it 'sound' human.

I used their certified translation service twice for 2 different languages, and I was very satisfied. The turnaround time is very reasonable, pricing is very fair, and customer service is very good. They also sent me the translated file before the final completion for my review, I had some minor comments and they were very responsive and attentive to that.

It was a one page translation, they got the price of two pages. Their template looks unprofessional and i didn’t use it. I found an old translation and used that instead.

The RushTranslate service was so convenient and fast for the translation of my marriage certificate. Rush Translate returned my document within 24 hours, and then so quickly again when I asked for a nit-picky change to be made. I'd certainly use their service again if needed!

The delivered translation was ok (just a minor mistake), but the turnaround time was very dissatisfying. I paid the express fee which said I would receive the translation within 12 hours. I told them it was urgent, I needed it to leave the country for my family member's funeral. I received the translation after pretty much 36 hours and only because I inquired about it the next day after placing the order. Of course they charged me the express fee without delivering this service.I didnt even receive an apology. I would not work with them again.
