Service response is fast, however would not recommend for Japanese language translation at least. For my document, there were several errors made, and needed multiple revisions. I was not happy to have to pay ~$100 just to have to review/highlight each line and correct them, and again have to re-review to find issues again - when that could have probably been prevented if they actually reviewed their work once before submitting to me. I lost few days on this and missed my deadline for when I needed the doc because of this.
