The service was great. The translation was done by someone who didn't know basic rules of English Grammar, filled everything with comma splices and even made grave typos like turning "a passion for cars" into "a passion for cards".

Would definitely not deal with you again. I trashed the reports I got from you as Translations are not accurate (I'm not an expert to review the correct terminology). In addition, You mentioned 24 hours in the beginning, but then said the translation was long and would take more than 24 hours and charged me more to complete in24 hours. I paid a lot for nothing!! Worst experience ever and I would not recommend anyone to deal with you.

This is the first time I have used an online translation service. In general all went VERY well. RushTranslate provides very good/excellent service with important add-on choices built into their process, like notarized copy and a couple other things. I would use RushTranslate again without hesitation. Also, considering the convenience (i.e., online service vs driving somewhere for an appointment) this was a good value. No running around finding parking and all that hassle is a big plus! The company is attentive, but when I made one phonecall it was "all about voicemail". There was no quick pick up or personal voice contact. HOWEVER (!!!) online the personal contact WAS in fact very prompt and my concerns/questions were answered quickly and with a good understanding of what my concerns actually were. Finally, although I am not one to complain often, I was disappointed that I paid for expedited service ($14.95 plus $12.95 Fedex) but did not get truly expedited service (re: physical delivery). A weekend between ordering/paying and actually receiving slowed the delivery down 2+ days. I thought Fedex delivers on weekends? All considered: I received excellent service and I'm happy. I look forward to getting my doc tomorrow Monday.

I regret to say that this is a very poor translation. I reviewed just one document and found at least five errors. I paid for a correct translation, not one with numerous mistakes. I would have understood if there had been one or two errors, but in this case, there are many. How can a certified translator translate "Asservis" as "Asserted"?! I would like my translated documents corrected. Please let me know what steps I should take and how I can contact you.

I did not know there was a word limit per page and had to pay for two pages to translate one document. This was slightly misleading, and I had to pay more than I needed to.

Really glad that I used rush translate for my documents that needed translating from Portuguese to English.
