It was easy to navigate the site. Communication was good even though via email. Turnaround was fast. The price was pretty reasonable also.    Having said that, when I first got the document for approval, I noticed some information was obviously in the owrong place.  I am glad it was caught prior to being finalized. Couldn't have imagined what would happen if I missed it.    I am satisfied overall.

My order was completed and translated well. However, inspite of paying separately for  USPS Priority Mail, they are yet to ship my order since last 3 days.I have also reached out to customer service & did not get any response.

I sent Rush a birth certificate on a Friday to translate from Portuguese to English fully expecting I would not see it until Monday because of the weekend but true to their advertisement, I received the translation within 24 hours of sending it to them, and it was accurate. Their website is easy to navigate and the document was easy to retrieve. Definately worth the money.
