I used RushTranslate to tranlate my diploma and academic transcript. The process was very easy. Customer service was excellent, they answered my questions and clarified some details for me in a very timely manner. RushTranslates asks for customer's review before finalizing the order allowing the customer to check that proper nouns and other details are translated in accordance with client's specifications. The original translation arrived by mail on time, the envelope was damaged, luckily the documents inside were OK. This is probably due to rough handling en route or by post office. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service. Would recommend to my friends. Thank you.

I didn't have any problem so far with the translation neither the institution where it was sended, however i would appreciate if you can enphasise that rhe price of 1 page is in reality the translation for 250 words by page.

Used to translate a Japanese Koseki Tohon for USCIS. 2 pages for $49.90 compared to almost 200$ for express service through an attorney. The first translation was completed in less than 24 hours with only mistakes in translating first names in Kanji (very common). Corrections made in less than 24 hours at no extra charge. This is an excellent service and I would use again.

When we presented this technical sheet to our German affiliates, they said it did not read well and was no good. We had to get it translated again from another company. Disappointed with the results. :(

The translation quality itself was fine, but I think the translated document needs to be proof read before being uploaded. We had to go through extra rounds of revisions because there were punctuation errors, inconsistent translations, misspelling, and requested revisions not being reflected. That being said, turnaround time was good and the customer support was excellent - extremely responsive and flexible with my needs.
