Docs are $25 a piece. I sent 5 documents. I got 4. No information as to why, although I mentioned that some handwritten parts of the documents I submitted might not be legible, that it would be okay in that case not to bother with the translation, and that I totally understand and would not expect any kind of refund if that is indeed the case with the one document - but nothing was mentioned, no annotation, no notation "didn't translate, bad source", nothing... "Paid in Full" "Order Complete", Files Submitted 5 , Translated files 4. $25 per file. #5 just vanished. I guess you guys are doing me a favor or something as it was? I was asking for too much?

The translation was terrible. I would not have known if I didn't speak French so I wonder how many poor people out there failed to get what they wanted and didn't even know it. The second translation was better but, quite honestly, not good enough.
I will not use your services again and will advise anyone who asks, to avoid your company. You didn't even have the courtesy to apologize!

RT did a great job and super fast. Within a few hours I had what I needed. When my lawyer asked almost a year later if it was possible to adjust the spelling of my name on the certified translation to match the way it is spelled in English, they made the change at no cost - within 2 hours. Amazing professionalism and customer service.

Charges more for the service after starting a translation for a simple document and does not have a support phone number when I found out I wasnt receiving any of the emails related to my order. Took almost a week in total to get a birth certificate translated

RushTranslate quickly and accurately translated my marriage certificate from Spanish to English for my wife and I for Green Card purposes. It was less than one day for the translation turnaround (Friday submittal, Saturday return), and it was sent back to us for review (if alterations to the translation are requested/required) prior to their notary services. The document would not be notarized until we approved the translation.
Their notary services are only on weekdays, and even then we had the notarized version before work on Monday (East coast USA).
If you need translated documents, I highly recommend RushTranslate for their quick and accurate service.

Generally good service and agile response. This last translation wasn’t great. There was one particular word “baixada” that means “closed” and has been translated to “declared”, which is causing me trouble to explain.

The translation I requested—a diploma and a certificate—was of excellent quality. My suggestion: as this is a diploma, it should include the necessary signatures and logos, just like those found on the original document. Regrettably, this is not part of the service.
