RushTranslate is amazing, I've used other places to translate documents and it was always tedious, annoying, and slow. But with RushTranslate, I had my document ready in 24 hours for me to approve and they were always very communicative and helpful, it just didn't feel like an impossible task and I really appreciate that. I totally recommend it, I've had to translate documents throughout my life either for school, work or immigration and this has been the best experience by far.

I never received notification that the translation was completed so I do not know for certain how fast it was. I would of liked to receive an email as soon as the translation was completed. The site was recommended from my attorney so I am certain the quality is great.

Needed a birth certificate translated for my wife's green card process, and I needed it fairly quickly. I was fully prepared to wait 24 hours or even a few days for this to be done. They had an option t expedite the process up to 50%, which sounded great. The estimated time was ~12 hours and I got the document back within 1 hour. Did not expect that. It was exactly what we needed, so I'm happy. Good prices too. Thanks

The service was prompt and the delivery smooth. The quality of the translations was just satisfactory. It is sufficient for my present needs. The translation was not done by a mother tongue translator which was obvious. I was hoping for a higher quality of standard.

RushTranslate is wonderful. The service is very fast (last translation was done under 24hrs) and the communications is great, if they have any questions they will send an e-mail, resolve it and translate right away. Kind of get what you pay for here. The order didn't come in 24 hours and I had to follow up in order for them to work on my translation (1 page). I specified and paid for Traditional Mandarin translation and got the wrong translation twice. Also, they spelled my name wrong in the first iteration...

I ordered 2 translations of my cv (from English to Japanese and from English to Korean) because it was very very technical I was bit afraid about the outcome so I sent both translated cvs to my Japanese and Korean friends. They said it was spot on and pitch perfect. I'm giving u 5stars

I needed a translation for a birth certificate from English to French. The document is short and straightforward with names, last names and places of birth. The translator made several mistakes and I had to send three requests for revision. I was lucky that I knew French well enough to catch these mistakes. I would not recommend this company for your translation needs, especially if your target language is French. On the bright side, they responded quickly and listened well to my suggestions.

They responsed real quick. I requested a quote first, and received an email within an hour said they were trying to give me a quote but the file I uploaded wasn’t clear to read, asked me to upload another clear one. This let me know they, the real people, had received my request and were working on it. It was Saturday. I also did a quote with 2 other companies but I chose Rush Translate as the price was the cheapest. I paid them that afternoon Saturday, I did not expect to receive my translation papers back till either Monday or Tuesday, but surprisingly they got the job done on Sunday, it was within 24 hours (it was 2 birth certificates and 1 marriage certificate). I am very happy and satisfy with the service!
