The service is prompt, both for the initial translation and subsequent revisions. That aspect is obviously helpful when you require an official translation within a short time frame. However, I have been surprised by varying degrees of quality over two different occasions using the service. The amount of editing I have had to do and pass along for revisions--ranging from basic grammar, appropriate vocabulary, and attention to details in dates--has been frustrating at times. My worry would be that if a client didn't have a grasp of the target language in translation, they would potentially end up with poorly translated or unprofessional documents without knowing it.

You have the translation properly made in less than 24 h in a good format. The customer service works good. All i can i say it was perfect and fit 100% to my request

Very straight-forward site, easy, and fast. Unfortunately, I wasn't blown away with the quality of the translation itself. There were errors on addresses and an entire line was missing from a multiple page document. I don't speak the language that the document was translated into so I really don't know if more was missing. For example: an American zip-code which didn't need any translation had dashes breaking up the numbers. It was a little bizarre. 

The customer service is efficient as they respond quickly and the delivery time is great. In my case it was two pages and I received what I expected in a few hours. Very satisfied. Congratulations.

Gentlemen, today I had an important level of requirement of my passport, where I had to present the document that you translated, and I was surprised that it was badly done, the date of birth of my document was wrongly placed !!!! This is a graceful mistake, since I had the height today I had no choice but to leave it, but they warned me that this could be a problem !!!! Please take matters into this is extremely important, since today I spent USD 250.00 risking that they do not approve it, what option do you give me to solve this ???? check the document that you sent me with the original.

Amazing service, high quality translation in a very fast turnaround time. The website and interface is clear and super friendly, it's easy to upload files and there are several options to choose from. Their support is excellent, fast and very helpful, you can even request changes in the documents if something is not exact (like spelling of names for example). All in all, I highly recommend and will definitely use it again.

The first translation has some typos but they were really quick to respond and fixed them accordingly. 

I want to take the time to acknowledge the level of excellence of RushTranslate's service and quality.
