Rush Translate did an amazing job translating medical records we received from a hospital in Canada which were written in French. I really appreciated the fact that before the transcription was finalized I was given an opportunity to proof read the document. I found a few typos in a 140 page document. I pointed those out, the changes were made and a final notarized transcript was sent to me an hour later. I highly recommend Rush Translate.

Very disappointing, the translation was done by submitting a paragraph to google translate. I had to write back the entire paragraph and paid for it. So I did the work and I also paid. Would not use them again unless absolutely desperate.

I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with that paragraph. A certified translation is required to be a literal, word-for-word translation, which is not at all the same as what is produced by GT. If you feel there is something incorrect, you may submit a revision request from the order status page and it will be routed to the translator to review and apply edits, as appropriate.

Fast service, but i don't recommend anyone to get the notarized option, it wasn't actually worth for the money. Overall just get a normal service it will be good already.

If I could give them 0 star, I would. The website is easy to use, and they are fast - very fast! and that is the issue. The overlook simplest things. They mailed me the wrong/old version of translation and when I informed them they asked me to pay again if I want the correct version! overall, I'm not happy.

I'm very sorry to hear you are disappointed with the service but your review is misleading. We processed the shipment for the version that you approved. After it had been shipped, we received a revision request for an edit on a name that had been misspelled. This is the most common revision request we receive, which is why we ask for proper/preferred spelling of names during the checkout process. Unfortunately, you did not provide that information. Upon receiving the revision request, we completed the edit to the PDF version and immediately notified you that if you wanted an additional shipment of the revised version, you would have to pay for an additional shipping fee. Nevertheless, we will process another shipment, with no additional fee due, as a gesture of goodwill.
