Honestly really unimpressed with the whole process. First translation was poorly formatted. I had to significantly pressure the service team for a fair price to redo it. They redid it but did not pay attention to which file to translate, resulting in another revision needed. I am glad the service team was responsive to my emails enough to redo it but the quality has been poor throughout this process.

This was very straightforward and the result was very good and delivered as promised, less than 24 hours after I made the order. I made a mistake by sending a document that wasn't completely scanned, I sent a second scan, now complete, and despite RushTraslate already sent the translation, they sent a second translation in order to cover the missing part.

I was very impressed with the speed of the service - they certainly live up to their name! They were also very responsive when I asked for a couple of revisions - even when I missed one and had to email them about it later instead of using the proper online form.
