Kind of get what you pay for here. The order didn't come in 24 hours and I had to follow up in order for them to work on my translation (1 page). I specified and paid for Traditional Mandarin translation and got the wrong translation twice. Also, they spelled my name wrong in the first iteration...

I ordered 2 translations of my cv (from English to Japanese and from English to Korean) because it was very very technical I was bit afraid about the outcome so I sent both translated cvs to my Japanese and Korean friends. They said it was spot on and pitch perfect. I'm giving u 5stars

Service great, translation had numerous errors. 

I needed a translation for a birth certificate from English to French. The document is short and straightforward with names, last names and places of birth. The translator made several mistakes and I had to send three requests for revision. I was lucky that I knew French well enough to catch these mistakes. I would not recommend this company for your translation needs, especially if your target language is French. On the bright side, they responded quickly and listened well to my suggestions.

I requested a quote and got it within minutes. The price was fair and transparent. The translation was high quality and I got it in less than 48 hours. I like the fact that revisions can be requested on the site (even though I didn't need any). The website is amazingly easy to use and beautifully design. Rush Translate was so fast to deliver and they offered quality service for our translation needs. Highly recommend! 

They responsed real quick. I requested a quote first, and received an email within an hour said they were trying to give me a quote but the file I uploaded wasn’t clear to read, asked me to upload another clear one. This let me know they, the real people, had received my request and were working on it. It was Saturday. I also did a quote with 2 other companies but I chose Rush Translate as the price was the cheapest. I paid them that afternoon Saturday, I did not expect to receive my translation papers back till either Monday or Tuesday, but surprisingly they got the job done on Sunday, it was within 24 hours (it was 2 birth certificates and 1 marriage certificate). Rush Translate did an amazing job translating medical records we received from a hospital in Canada which were written in French.  I really appreciated the fact that before the transcription was finalized I was given an opportunity to proof read the document.  I found a few typos in a 140 page document.  I pointed those out, the changes were made and a final notarized transcript was sent to me an hour later.  I highly recommend Rush Translate.

Very disappointing, the translation was done by submitting a paragraph to google translate. I had to write back the entire paragraph and paid for it. So I did the work and I also paid. Would not use them again unless absolutely desperate.
