The only information that was left out of the translation was that which was unreadable handwritten text. We have a free and easy to use revision process that allows you to request edits from your order status page. If you are able to read the handwritten text, please submit a revision request and it will be forwarded to the translator to review and apply edits, as appropriate.

Truly, I have no idea of the quality as I cannot read a bit of the original language! But I hope it is good. The translator seemed to work rather randomly, and I received some weird translations, but every time I asked for a revision to help it make sense, they revised quickly, and I appreciated that a lot.
The service and quality were great. The only thing to keep in mind is to try not to pay for Expedited Turnaround because it will be unlikely to make it any faster. Other than that everything else were great.
Expedited turnaround service reduces the ETA by 50% vs standard turnaround service. This applies to the translation itself, not optional services like notarization or shipping which can only be completed during normal business hours.
The documents never arrived, they have been stuck at the Chicago IL INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION CENTER since the 18th of March.
