Rush has been amazing. My documents are for Mexico, so I had to add shipping and noterization. Rush sent me links to make it easy. I also had to add another step, apostille; they don't do that, but they sent me clear simple instructions so I can get it done. I also had to add a document and they made that easy as well. I will recommend Rush to all my friends and family if they need a document translated!

The website was super easy to use, and the process was straightforward. Regarding the actual translation, it took like 3 tries to get it right, which delayed the order past the deadline for the same day. The worst part was the text was already in English, so all they had to do was copy and past it. At this point, I should have just done the translation myself defiantly wasn't worth $132.24. Not professional at all. Just think if I didn't catch the mistake and this delayed a marriage visa for months. That would have been devastating.

We got a high school transcript translated in order to send it to the school our daughter will be attending as an exchange student in Spain. We have not heard anything good or bad from the Spanish school, so I assume the translation was a success! The service was easy, except I did not receive any email notifications from RushTranslate. I just went on the website to check the status and saw that it had been finished the day before. Not a big deal, and we are happy with the results.

This service was by far the best translation service I have used. I have used private attorneys or translators in the past and neither was as quick and efficient as RushTranslate was. I have not yet submitted the translations to the immigration officials, but the translations seem to be in order with all the necessary documentation. I have had one document in the past that had to be revised, but it was minor and taken care of the same day. I only say this so that future clients don't take each translation for granted and assume all is correct. This wasn't a problem for me, just some friendly advice.
