The website and speed of service were excellent. Unfortunately, the translation was rather poor. The general English was fine but the idiosyncrasies of my fiancée's meanings were lost on almost all occasions. She went through the translation herself and couldn't believe how incorrect some of the diction and phrases were.

The service is prompt, both for the initial translation and subsequent revisions. That aspect is obviously helpful when you require an official translation within a short time frame. However, I have been surprised by varying degrees of quality over two different occasions using the service. The amount of editing I have had to do and pass along for revisions--ranging from basic grammar, appropriate vocabulary, and attention to details in dates--has been frustrating at times. My worry would be that if a client didn't have a grasp of the target language in translation, they would potentially end up with poorly translated or unprofessional documents without knowing it.

I have ordered several translations from Rush Translate and have always been happy with the results.  Once or twice I've asked for edits, and they were always made promptly, and all questions are answered courteously.  I definitely recommend Rush Translate for your personal or business needs.

Very straight-forward site, easy, and fast. Unfortunately, I wasn't blown away with the quality of the translation itself. There were errors on addresses and an entire line was missing from a multiple page document. I don't speak the language that the document was translated into so I really don't know if more was missing. For example: an American zip-code which didn't need any translation had dashes breaking up the numbers. It was a little bizarre. 

I uploaded my Chinese birth certificate and received a quote in a matter of minutes.  It was translated promptly (within 24 hours), and a minor revision was completed quickly.  The certified translation was accepted by the Social Security office.  An easy, efficient service which I would recommend.

Gentlemen, today I had an important level of requirement of my passport, where I had to present the document that you translated, and I was surprised that it was badly done, the date of birth of my document was wrongly placed !!!! This is a graceful mistake, since I had the height today I had no choice but to leave it, but they warned me that this could be a problem !!!! Please take matters into this is extremely important, since today I spent USD 250.00 risking that they do not approve it, what option do you give me to solve this ???? check the document that you sent me with the original.
