I have used your service before and had no issues in the past. However, several errors have been found in the translated document this time around. So far the errors noted had to do with the names of personnel mentioned in the document. For example: Andrew instead of Andrick and Melanie instead of Melissa. I suggest careful review of documents before submission next time.

I don't usually give reviews but I had to do this one! I am super happy and impressed with the speed and quality of your work. I had submitted AN OOOOOLD copy of my birth certificate, were you can barely see some words and you guys were able to translate it (99% - because, yes, you can't see some parts!) on top of having it back in about 5 hours?! On this translation, my name was spelled wrong. There is always an issue and there is no attention to detail. I would expect that a refund / credit would be provided, but the this has not happened.
