The overall experience was great. I submitted a document to be translated and notarized with the request of a 12hr turnaround. The document was translated within 10 hrs and it was notarized in 13hrs. Pretty great for a last minute and overnight request.

It is the second time I use their services and are great, accurate even though some times are very literal. I believe if they do a translation for a document for Colombia, must get someone from Colombia to do it.

24 hour turnaround on the draft prepared for my review and approval. All of the words were translated correctly. The translation document was clear, professional, and contained the certification and notarization seals I had paid for. I used RushTranslate to get my husband’s birth certificate and our marriage certificate translated from English to Romanian. The service was fast, efficient, very well done and user friendly. The only issue we encountered was with the notarization of the translations. It was issued in Kentucky but when we went to get our documents apostilled in LA, they didn’t recognize the notarization from Kentucky. Finally we had to pay an additional 40$ to get them notarized under California regulations. It’s good to bear this in mind if you don’t want to pay the same fee twice. Other than that, I recommend rushtranslate.

Thank you for posting a review. Please note, we can only offer notarization service with a Kentucky Notary Public as that is the state in which we have a physical presence. The apostille for a notarized translation would also need to be obtained in KY, and it carries universal acceptance in all countries that are party to the Hague Convention. For the first time I was not happy with the translation. Words were omitted and many sentences did not make any sense. I had to make so many corrections that it ended up not being useful. In general I’m happy with your services.

The translation is quick and perfect. I estimated the word count myself, and paid 5 pages fee at first. Later, they sent me an email informing me that only 2 pages needed to be paid and the extra fee can be refunded. I once quoted another online translation service provider, they asked me for 8 pages fee!!! RushTranslate saves me a lot of money. What a nice and honest service! I'll choose it next time definitely. And I highly recommend it!

Hard to find anything but the most positive things to say about RushTranslate. We had a very complicated, official communication that we needed to send to French authorities outlining the negligent medical care our son receive at IBS of Provence which nearly killed him. The translation was fast, accurate and of superior quality. But, truly the most impressive part of the process was how question and revisions were handled. Because of the importance and formal nature of the communication, the RushTranslate translator helped us mold the language to fit the circumstances (and helped keep us from being too informal). Cost was very reasonable. U will use these guys whenever I have a translation need. (And, having tried to translate using Google translate ... it would have been a disaster if we had just gone that route).
