The turnaround time was just a bit longer than expected but other than that i was satisfied with the service. I gave the quality rating only because a rating was required. I can't review the quality of the translation as I forwarded it on to my customer for them to use as needed. For me this was a check the box request and I checked the box. I wouldn't be surprised if the same could be said for my customer.

I am a native Spanish Speaker with a legal background but because of my workload needed to have this document translated quickly. Parts of the document are very poorly translated and I am disappointed because I paid for this and I will have to edit it which takes , for the most part, as much time as translating. Not recommended!

I needed a couple of documents translated, I had them in two different languages -  Slovenian and German. They were very quick when it comes to replying to emails or calls, which was amazing because I needed the translations ASAP. I did the expedited turnaround, which was supposed to take around 24 hours, but it unfortunately took longer - almost three days, I am guessing because placed and order on Friday. Other than that, very quick and professional, good customer service! Would definitely recommend.

I absolutely loved the customer service of RushTranslate. You guys are unbelievable!! The quality of my material is awesome! The only thing that I would suggest is that you don’t put numbers on the pages because when we want to use it independently seems weird. I paid for my School and my Birth Certificate translation and you gave me one document with all translations so when I want to use only my Birth Certificate I have the page number saying 8/8 when my Birth Certificate is only one page. The same happens with my diploma. It’s 1/8 and 2/8 as pages numbers when this is only two pages. Other than that I’m more than happy! Thank you, guys! You rock!
