Very responsive completion of a challenging request to translate handwritten parts of documents.  My RushTranslate contacts were easy to communicate with and provided useful feedback that added to the quality of my translation request.  When one document proved too difficult to complete, the translator informed me and the company readily refunded the charge for that page.  I would definitely use them again if I have further needs.  Their price was very competitive with another company estimate I pursued.

Names spelled wrong on the translated document, even a date was wrong. I'm glad I noticed it before I use it. No good for an official and legal document. I saw the mistake and requested a revision. Service is good, they fixed it for me.

Thanks so much for the translation! I thought it was well done, though it does need a bit of extra formatting.

We needed a birth certificate translation for our US wedding license. The Rush Translate service worked perfectly for us. It was quick and easy. We received constant updates by email, and the final document was well-translated and professional-looking. My only complaint is that they don't seem to give discounts for pre-translating the document, as other translation websites do, but other than that, I'm 100% satisfied! Thanks to their dependability, I would use them in the future for any certified translation needs.

I tried several ones, ASAP,  USCES etc. 

Rush is the best of all I tried. I think Rush has a well established system, so I do not have to teach these guys how to organize documents so that different revisions mixed up! I had terrible experience with USCES, still trying to reach them for my old order. They are terrible as they sent me my order without notarization but promised to do so.

Rush is responsive and quick. They are with you until you are fully satisfied with your order. They even applied a first time discount to my 1st order. I would definitely recommend Rush for their professional work!

While the service has a bit of a rocky start, I was very comforted in knowing the quality of service I received and the understanding the company gave me after a bit of a discrepancy over the price. Great service but they made few mistakes on the translation and it took few revisions before the document was good to go. They were super fast to correct them.

The Japanese was not grammatically correct in multiple places. The content was understandable, but would certainly not read like a native-written document. Fortunately, it suffices for my use, but I would have preferred a more polished document.
