Best translation on the internet. Did not have to talk to anyone. Just sent the documents and they had it done. The turnaround was 24 hrs which was amazing. They had 3 mistakes that I caught and told them about it and they had it fixed in an hr and sent me the revised documents. Would love to do business again in the future. Would highly recommend rush translate to anyone. Thank you for a great experience.

Very quick turnaround. Only asked a few words to be translated and despite my name being very clearly noted on the request, the translator completely misspelled my name. I found that very sloppy and unnecessary. Made me think what other potential mistakes there would be in the translation (which I could not verify...).

We ask for proper spelling of names that appear in the source materials as there is often not a direct translation. You did not provide this information. It's possible you assumed the translator would see the name on the order -- please understand they do not see the client name, address or phone number for privacy reasons. They only have access to the notes you explicitly supply for them.

Yes, I am very happy with service and I am not an easy person to please. What I like is that so far all of the quotes were the lowest compared to other and although I did send the translation for a revisioon on a mjnor issues, the translator was very responsive and incorreporated changes right away. I did start recomending this services to other people.

We wanted a fast turnaround for the translation of a newly discovered letter from our adopted son's birth mother (Korean to English). It was written at his birth and we just found out it existed. We were promised the letter would be translated within twelve hours, but we received it back in half the time! The quality of the work was exceptional and it was such a blessing to read the words. If I could give no stars, I would. I have never seen a worse translation. Beyond unprofessional. The only possible explanation is that the person who translated this does not speak english. I have never seen a worse grammar and more typos. This could never be submitted to USCIS. NEVER.

The source material is text messages and they are full of typos and grammatical errors. A certified translation does not correct this; rather, they are accurately represented in the translated document. It would be improper to make the translation reflect something other than what is written in the source material and it could easily lead to rejection by USCIS. The speed was amazing and within 24 hours as promised. The quality, however, was not exactly what I had hoped for. The initial translation was good, about at the 90% accurate level, but not great. A total of 11 revisions were required, and the end product is thankfully now good and close to 100% I would say. I will consider using your service again, but there is one thing that is fundamentally bothering me. On your website it says that guaranteed no machine translation will be utilized. However, based on the initial draft, I know for sure that machine translation was used, at least as a starting point. That gives me pause as to the quality of your service, especially for legal documents where one word, poorly translated, can make the difference between success or failure in court.

Translation itself was good but the presentation was horrible. The documents I submitted were in landscape, translation was in portrait which made the columns and text looked smushed together and not formatted very well. Would have been perfect if it was in done in landscape, might take my next order somewhere else now because of this.

Ordering through the website was easy. Having the option to have the translation notarized (in addition to certification) and to receive the signed original of the certification is great. The revision process worked well. The translation was very good, but did require a revision. If you are in a position to verify or spot-check the translation it is a good idea to do so, especially for proper names, names of places, etc.
