Excellent customer service. They replied to my e-mails very quickly and I received my translated files within 24 hours. I found one or two mistakes (only in numbers) but they made the edits super quickly after I requested a review. They were very receptive and helpful. I was really impressed with the quality of the layout which was almost identical to the original files. Same typo, same general layout. Also, after looking for many similar translation websites, RushTranslate definitely offers the best price for a quick, professional and good quality translation. Highly recommended!

I would have been completely satisfied with this process, but after having paid almost $150 to rush order something, I receive my translated documents with a certification of translation accuracy that is not even translated. What good is the certification of accuracy if it isn't in the language that I am translating all my documents? Am i supposed to pay you guys to translate that as well. I could have done this myself, I was paying for proof that is was accurately translated from a certified translator. The people receiving these documents are not going to be able to read the certification. This is ridiculous

The Notary Public is only able to notarize in English, which is why the certificate of translation accuracy always remains in English by default. That said, we do offer a translation of the notarized certificate - inserted as page two of the document - upon request. Please find the revised file with the translated certificate available from the order status page.

I am very disappointed in the translation, I had requested to be notarized on the document on a paper telling me that you not taking any responsibility for the translation so disappointed, I can not use this as an authentic document, very expensive also , never will I use your service again

This was the first time I used any translation services in USA. I was little hesitant to go for extremely pricey with good reviews or with Rushtranslate with equally good reviews but with much less price.
