It would be nice to receive an e-mail notification when the order is complete. I do not recall receiving one for this order.

We do send out transactional emails for the order confirmation, order completion and also if there is a review required, revision completed, etc. In this case our email logs show the completion email was accepted by your server at 8:43AM PST on the 25th. If it didn't land in your inbox then it must have been filtered by your email provider or your inbox settings - maybe check spam or other folders it could have been directed to. If you can't find it let us know and we can help get you sorted out to ensure you receive future notifications in your inbox. Thanks!

The turn-around time is as promised. The interface is intuitive and is very straightforward to use. I like it. The translation quality is good, but the translator was a bit careless at first and added something that I had no idea where it was translated from. After a request of revision, it was rather quickly corrected. I think the translator can also do better in typesetting the translated document to make it look nicer, especially when the document is a certificate of graduation. A higher typesetting quality can also make your translation look more professional and more trustworthy.

This service I found to be truthful helpful and trustworthy. I was hesitant in submitting my legal document of my birth certificate, with so much identity fraud out there you don’t know who you can trust. I whole heartedly trust this site. I received my certified certificate in a timely manner. I plan on using them again right to have another legal document translated. Thank you for being the people that you are and we can count on. I am give 2 stars for service since i got the document beyond 24 hours turn around that was promised while i was placing the order. Quality of translation was good

I asked for a transcript and diploma translation. They did in 48 hours, then I had to check the document, it was quite good, with some light corrections. So I had my final document in around 5 days which was good for me having in my mind that other companies take more time and are more expensive. If I have to translate something again I would use Rush Translate.

It was completed very quickly, but the quality is not very different from Google Translate. I am not certified as a translator, but I could've done a lot better job than what I paid for.

Keep in mind you ordered a certified translation, which is a literal translation of the source document. Certified translations often won't read perfectly to a native speaker because of that requirement. Google isn't attempting a literal translation and cannot provide a certified translation so it's not really a valid comparison, but if you weren't aware of the requirements of a certified translation I can understand why you'd question the quality. Hopefully this clears it up!
