I got highly accurate translations for a reasonable price. I got my translations in under 24 hours which was nice. I was very time limited and was not excited that it could take 24 hours for a turn around but rush translate came through early for me. So yep, I would definitely use them again.

The company reviewed my 2 page document and then increased my order to 4 pages.I approved a 4 page translated document, that would then be signed, certified and notarized.The certified copy was 3 pages. The last page, which was the finalization of the divorce proceedings, was omitted from the certified, signed copy.When I brought this to their attention, the company said that the order had already been shipped. They completed a revision of the document that once again included the final page and submitted the revision for my approval, but stated that the full document would not be shipped since the order had already been *********** do you pay $130 for 4 pages and only receive 3 pages?I guess it is my privilege to compensate this company for their mistakes at my expense.

I generally don’t write reviews, but this was absolutely perfect. Needed a tiny revision but I sincerely felt it was the best work someone could ever provide (it was a complicated court document). Stop looking for other options right now, this is the one to go with.

Very efficient. Quality of work was very good. I had two questions and when I sent an email asking, I received a reply within a very short period of time with my answers. My transcripts were completed quickly. I received my electronic copies immediately after completion and the hard copies arrived within the time frame promised. I was also credited the shipping charge for one of my orders since they were able to ship everything to me in one envelope. Rush Translate contacted me about this shipping charge credit they were giving me. I did not ask for it. I will definitely return to this company for any future translation needs I may have. Be mindful of the 250-word limit per page and the quality of the translation. If you're not fluent in English (or the target language), have someone proficient review the translation to ensure it makes sense. The translation I received seemed directly pulled from Google Translate, with even a few untranslated words. Due to time constraints and not wanting to go back and forth trying to get a refund, I ended up paying $50 to have my 1-page birth certificate translated. They contacted me, stating I needed to pay for 2 pages because my document contained 363 words. This exceeded what I expected to pay and is more expensive than other translation companies. I’ve used them in the past, but noticed a significant drop in quality this time. Unfortunately, I will not be using or recommending them to my clients in the future (I work in immigration with USCIS/EOIR).

The translations are perfect. We needed these for our spousal visa application. I love this service because the turn around time is so quick even without paying for expedited service. This is an excellent company. I had translations done for USCIS, and they were accepted without any issues. The translations were completed very quickly and sent via FedEx, with no problems in delivery. Unlike other companies, each certificate includes the name of the document, along with real signatures and stamps on the physical copies. Incredibly fast and accurate. I paid for expedited service and was given a 12-hour estimate, but the translation was ready in about 3 hours. I approved it easily, went to bed, and the notarized copy was ready when I woke up.

Amazing value! I am a very price-conscoius buyer and took some time shopping around before ordering the translation that I needed. RushTranslate was already very responsive to my questions before ordering. Basically there were two other groups of translation services: "premium" translation services, that wanted to charge more than double for the same work and "ultra-cheap" services that barely respond to questions, don't send out samples of their notarization page and/or have very strong disclaimers on that page which I found sketchy. The website of RushTranslate is very well organized and makes the entire process from getting a free quote, to ordering, to requesting revisions, to the final result very easy and smooth. Yes, the translation had a few mistakes at the beginning, but it was a very tough document and the translator very dilligently changed all parts acording to my revision requests. Also good that you can upload PDFs for revisions.
