I required apostille services for documents from three different states. Before proceeding, I called to confirm that the notary used would be accepted across state lines—since this is what they promote. The customer representative assured me there would be no issues and their services were accepted across states. Unfortunately, the notary service was not accepted outside of Kentucky. While I have no complaints about the customer service itself, I gave two stars because the notary’s certification is valid ONLY in Kentucky. As a result, I wasted both time and money.

However, if you are needing to obtain an apostille for international use of the notarized translation, that can only be obtained from the Kentucky Secretary of State because that is the state that commissions our Notaries Public. Apostilles carry universal acceptance (in all countries party to the Hague convention), regardless of where they originate. The translations were fast - appreciate that. One of them was perfect: It was a translation of an official government document from Spanish to English. However, the other one I submitted - a letter written in Spanish - was not translated well. The information was translated accurately but the English grammar and structure was not. For $25 a page, I expected perfect English grammar and structure.

MUCH cheaper than an accredited translator and a lot faster as well. Also USCIS accepted which is exactly what I needed. I had a lawyer translate things in the past via their translator, it cost me a fortune and the translation was awful. I double checked everything with RushTranslate and it was perfect for 25% of the price I paid with the lawyer!!! Was 100% accepted by USCIS. If you have any issue, customer support will respond within a few hours and they can always send you a translation that was performed a few months ago. 100% recommended.
