quick turn around, however I paid for an Apostilled document, yet it was from Kentucky and not the country of the original certificate, so this was a wasted amount that I paid.

An apostille applies to the original source document and is obtained from the competent authority in the country or state where that document was issued. Our apostille add-on applies specifically to the notarized translation itself. Because the translation is notarized in Kentucky, the apostille is issued by the Kentucky Secretary of State. This apostille certifies the authenticity of the notary’s signature and is issued in accordance with the Hague Apostille Convention, making it recognized in member countries.

very fast! I only waited overnight for the 4-5 paper to be translated. The only thing that took one star away was that I put some notes in there; they didn't read them, but they fixed the spelling very quickly, in only an hour.

I didn't expect to get an answer in such a short amount of time. I commend you for your speed and efficiency. Translation is top notch too. My only nitpick is that the photos couldn't appear on the translated document, but that's no real dealbreaker either. In any case, good job.

The original translation had two factual errors and the original certification did not satisfy the letter of the law for USCIS translations (8 CFR § 103.2(b)(3)). However, when I flagged the translation issues, they were fixed very quickly, and when I flagged the certification issue to support, it was eventually addressed. Still, not following the letter of the law is a surprising mistake and an unnecessary risk for users that should be addressed ASAP. Overall, the UI was great, the support was fantastic and the speed was truly fast. So, if the default certification for USCIS translations can be fixed, then I would strongly recommend this service, but without that change, I think it's not worth using a service like this for USCIS purposes.
