We got the translation the next day. The DMV accepted the translation and wanted to know where we got it so fast. They said most people have a hard time finding a translator! Advertise more! Your service was spot on! I made a correction in the translation and they fixed it within hours!
There were basic errors in my translation to Spanish, including a typo in my name that I spelled out in the notes.

Service is top notch, translation on the other hand is a bit below expected. I can understand names can have different spelling between English and Arabic so the letter Dhad can be translated into standard D, which is understandable. But (W. 130th street) to be translated into (W Both Street) is not acceptable. Just because the 1 was too close to the 30 followed by th., does not make it (DoubleU Both street).

Good service (communication) but I am very disappointed with the quality of service. I requested a specialist in resume translation but final document was a kind of "Google Translation".... word by word.
If you need a professional resume translation, this is not the help you need.

I realize this is a handwritten document and hard to read but I really question the translation of the section i had most inquired about. The section that includes non approved should also include that it was the midwife that was not approved. I question if this person was conversant with translating old hand written documents. It also does not appear that they took into account the information I gave them originally.
As we stated before the order was placed, handwriting for a document created in the 1800's can be very difficult to discern. We asked for a typed transcript to help aid in the translation but you didn't provide this information when you placed the order. The translator did their best to read the handwritten text in order to provide an accurate translation. However, if there is anything you would like to have edited, please submit a revision request from your order status page and we will route it back to the translator to review and apply edits, as needed. Thank you.

The only thing that I like was the fast service and fast reply for my request. Unfortunately, I am a little disappointed. It took two times to fix the requests. And the big thing was the translated paper itself. When I rcreceiv the paperwork in the mail it was all grumbled and damaged. I had to dry it and I am still tryng to get the wrinkles out. Seems like it was exposed to the rain. Also the format was not neat and all the paragraphs were in a one order. It would be a good idea to use a cover/plastic folder or maybe a nicer envelope to protect the documents.
Sorry to hear your document was damaged in shipping! There is never a circumstance were it should be damaged and certainly not wet. We ship them in cardboard packaging to ensure they stay flat and in perfect condition, but it sounds like it was mishandled by USPS. We are happy to ship another if you like, just let us know.

I never write reviews, but I must say this has been an excellent experience.
