Diplomatic and consular processes often involve the exchange of official documents across international jurisdictions. Embassies, consulates, and the U.S. Department of State require that all foreign-language documents be submitted with certified English translations. This applies to vital records, legal contracts, academic credentials, and other materials presented for visas, notarial services, or official recognition.
In addition to certified translations, certain documents must carry an apostille or consular legalization to be valid internationally. Countries that are members of the Hague Apostille Convention require an apostille, while non-member countries typically require consular legalization. RushTranslate offers notarization and e-apostille add-ons to streamline this process.
Trusted by more than 285K customers and backed by 4.8 stars from 27K reviews, RushTranslate ensures accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with diplomatic and consular requirements.
Accepted by embassies, consulates, and the U.S. Department of State for official submissions.
