Referral Rewards Program Overview

How the Program Works

The RushTranslate Referral Rewards program makes it easy to earn cash rewards while helping others access fast, accurate certified translations. It's designed for individual customers who want to share RushTranslate with friends, family, or colleagues. If you represent a business, school, or organization, you may be eligible for our Partner Program instead.

Once you have your unique referral link, you can start sharing right away. Each person you refer gets a 15% discount on their first order, and you earn a $5 reward after their order is completed. There's no limit to how many people you can refer.

Here's how it works:

1. Share your link – Log in to your account and go to the referrals page to generate your unique referral link. You can copy and paste the link anywhere or use built-in sharing options to send it by email or social media.
2. They order – When someone clicks your link and places their first order, they automatically receive 15% off their total—no coupon required.
3. You earn – Once their order is completed, a $5 reward will be credited to your account and ready to redeem.

You can share your link in an email, group chat, Facebook group, or anywhere you connect with people who might need translation services. For example, if you refer five friends who each complete an order, you'll earn $25 in rewards.

Earning and Redeeming Rewards

As soon as a referred customer's order is completed, your $5 reward is automatically added to your account. You can view your current balance, pending rewards, and redemption history anytime on your referrals page.

When you're ready, you can redeem your rewards through our partner Tremendous, which manages delivery and payout options securely. Once you confirm a redemption, a delivery link will be generated and displayed in your account. We'll also email it to you for convenience.

Redemptions require a minimum balance of $5. You can choose from over 2,000 reward options available in 200+ countries, including:

• Prepaid cards – Visa virtual cards
• Gift cards – Amazon, Starbucks, Walmart, Nike, and many more
• Cash options – PayPal, Venmo, or direct bank transfer
• Charitable donations – Support causes like Doctors Without Borders or the World Wildlife Fund

Your Tremendous delivery link remains valid for one year, giving you plenty of time to select your preferred reward. You can also access it anytime from your account under Rewards Redemptions.

Accessing Your Referral Link

Your referral link is available as soon as you log in. Visit your referrals page in your account settings to copy your link or share it directly. From the same page, you can:

• View your total earned and available rewards
• Track redemptions and expiration dates
• Access your full referral and transaction history

Who You Can Refer

You can refer anyone who hasn't previously placed an order with RushTranslate. This includes friends, family, coworkers, classmates, or anyone else who might need certified translations.

Self-referrals and duplicate accounts are not eligible. Rewards for fraudulent or self-generated orders will be voided.

Reward Expiration

Rewards remain valid for 12 months after your last earning or redemption activity. If your account goes a full year without any new activity, your available rewards will expire.

To help you keep track, we'll email you a monthly rewards statement whenever you have an available balance. This statement includes your current balance and any upcoming expiration dates. You can also view the exact expiration date anytime on your referrals page.

Each time you earn or redeem a reward, your 12-month expiration period resets automatically—so as long as you stay active, your rewards will never expire.
