A clear copy of your document helps the translator read every detail. Include the pages and supporting information described here, and leave any instructions for names, terminology, or document grouping with your order.
For file formats and scanning tips, see our document upload guide.
Upload all transcript pages you need translated, including grading keys, footnotes, and explanatory pages. These details help the translator present course titles, credits, grades, and the original grading system clearly.
Provide the student's existing English name spelling and identify any diploma or course guide that belongs with the transcript. Keep the institution names and document versions clear when uploading records from more than one school.
Translation presents the information in another language. It does not convert grades or determine a degree's U.S. equivalent. Our credential evaluation guide explains how translations support the separate evaluation process.
Your certified translation will be delivered as a digital PDF with an official Certificate of Translation Accuracy signed and stamped by the translator and RushTranslate. We apply basic formatting to enhance readability, but don't replicate the design of your source document.
