A clear copy of your document helps the translator read every detail. Include the pages and supporting information described here, and leave any instructions for names, terminology, or document grouping with your order.
For file formats and scanning tips, see our document upload guide.
Upload the tax return and the supporting schedules you need translated. Keep form names, tax years, taxpayer details, page numbers, and explanatory notes visible so the documents can be read together.
Send the records as filed or issued. The translation presents the recorded income, deductions, totals, and currencies without recalculating the return or converting amounts.
Label files by tax year and taxpayer if you are submitting several returns. Include existing English name spellings and explain any request to group or certify the documents separately.
Your certified translation will be delivered as a digital PDF with an official Certificate of Translation Accuracy signed and stamped by the translator and RushTranslate. We apply basic formatting to enhance readability, but don't replicate the design of your source document.
