This was a poor translation (English - Albanian) - multiple errors, even after asking for revision.

I paid $14.95 extra for the translation to be done earlier. It was not and was not offered a refund.

I have now received many exceptional translations from RushTranslate with excellent timing. This was a disappointing one. The original translation was poor, vocabulary and syntax were basic, at parts wrong and it made the text very difficult to translate. Thankfully, RushTranslate were fast to have it peer reviewed; that improved the text but still needed further revisions for basic stuff. All in all a disappointing experience this time. Having said that, I would use their services again because of all the other times

I have used this service for four different documents and on two of them I have had to ask for revisions. Their translations are inaccurate and sometimes they even make huge mistakes, like how they translated "date of completion of studies" in Spanish to "START date of studies" in English. Unacceptable. If you use this service make sure to double check everything.

The translation had spelling errors and wasn’t accepted by the agency I submitted it to because of the quality. My fiancée paid for another translation service instead to resolve it instead.

It was a one page translation, they got the price of two pages. Their template looks unprofessional and i didn’t use it. I found an old translation and used that instead.

The translations was very „robotic“. It was to word to word direct translate. There was not the human Professionalism on doing it. I am not happy with the translation at all. It would be the same as google translate. Not worthy the price you pay!

Be mindful of the 250-word limit per page and the quality of the translation. If you're not fluent in English (or the target language), have someone proficient review the translation to ensure it makes sense. The translation I received seemed directly pulled from Google Translate, with even a few untranslated words. Due to time constraints and not wanting to go back and forth trying to get a refund, I ended up paying $50 to have my 1-page birth certificate translated. They contacted me, stating I needed to pay for 2 pages because my document contained 363 words. This exceeded what I expected to pay and is more expensive than other translation companies. I’ve used them in the past, but noticed a significant drop in quality this time. Unfortunately, I will not be using or recommending them to my clients in the future (I work in immigration with USCIS/EOIR).

This is just a chatgpt translation. There is no official seal of the translator or anything that makes it an actual document.

I regret to say that this is a very poor translation. I reviewed just one document and found at least five errors. I paid for a correct translation, not one with numerous mistakes. I would have understood if there had been one or two errors, but in this case, there are many. How can a certified translator translate "Asservis" as "Asserted"?! I would like my translated documents corrected. Please let me know what steps I should take and how I can contact you.

I am fluent in Spanish with a BA in Spanish Language and I am a permanent resident of Mexico. The official name of Mexico in English is the United Mexican States not the Mexican United States. Someone obviously just translated literally or used Google Translate. Also says “Secretary of Gobernacion” with Gobernacion being a word in Spanish. There is a random parenthesis after the indication of the stamp at the top. I paid a two-page rate for a sub-standard translation. I feel that all I paid for was for someone to put this in a table and stamp it. I want a refund.

I requested a translation from Japanese to English and was disappointed with the quality of the work provided. Unfortunately, there was a critical error in the translation that significantly altered the meaning of the document. Additionally, one term was translated into nonsensical English, resembling outdated machine translation errors. Today, LLMs do a much better job. Moreover, there was a typographical error that I missed before approving the translation, and I was unable to correct it afterward. It is disheartening to think that I paid for a service that, in this instance, I could have performed more accurately and efficiently myself, solely to obtain a certification. I sincerely hope that this does not reflect the typical quality of service provided to your customers. Your attention to these issues would be greatly appreciated.

To begin, your website gave me an option of Notary for $19.95. Then, I get contacted that notary is only in Kentucky (website says valid in all 50 States)... bummer. It also took a series of 8 email back and forth for your team to actually start working on my order... another bummer. Lastly, I believe that a company should have a stance of consistency, and unfortunately this was not the case in this order... (reference Order #99228-4780797 and how much better the final document looked)... Very disappointed.

The certificate translation is a litteral word for word translation as if it were put through DeepL or Google translate, to the extent that one of the phrases really doesnt make much sense in English. Actually if I copy and paste the original phrase into DeepL is gives me a more logical translation.

I give 3 stars for the timing (was quick), but 0 stars for the translation and presentation. I am thoroughly unimpressed and frankly disappointed, and the reason for that is i thought "oh i have my marriage certificate, oh it needs to be translated for the government where my spouse resides" "oh, so i can just translate it using ChatGPT - but oh wait! the MC has a pretty background and colors on the digital that would take me many hours to graphically replicate, so ill hire a service, thinking it was going to retain the graphical elements as well. NO!- it comes out typed as if on Google Docs, so save the time and dont spend 200 usd like i did, DO IT YOURSELF WITH CHATGPT. It comes out the same. I want a refund.

I submitted a two-page PDF of a Russian death certificate to Rush Translate. They handled the translation of the first page well, but they neglected to translate the second page. When I requested revisions, they did not respond at all, which was quite disappointing.

very bad service. the 50% faster translation that they propose it only starts when they assign someone for the job. It can literally take more than 12hrs since the payiment, I would not reccomend if you are in hurry also because the assistance is very bad, you can only contact them via email.

Unfortunately I had to send the translation back for missing a line at the end of the document all together, omitting it, and misspelling a name. This would be a legal document so it was imperative it is translated in its entirety.

Andrea Estefanía Arcos Villalva

The quality of the translation was really poor. There were too many mistakes and the translator didn’t take the time to check again the documents, the person only correct the specific mistake and no more and the translator didn’t even really review them, only put what I said in the mail. Also I write few things not like there were a mistake it was asking for a short explanation about them or I tried to explain the context to have a better translation but I never received an explanation about my doubts because I’m not a translator, the person only write exactly that I suggest without considering if it is correct with the background or not. I haven’t received the notarized documents yet that is in the payment.

Dear Rush Translate, Thank you for the service. I have to say, I am truly disappointed with this translation. I decided to place additional orders with you primarily because the first translation was a good quality, and there were very few corrections necessary. However, with the last one - it just seemed to be a poor Google Translate quality, it was hard to believe that it was done by a human translator for whom Japanese was a native language. Our team had to redo the entire translation, I am sorry to say, though this particular order was a waste of time and money.

I requested two different orders. In both orders errors were made in names that either (1) were already in English (the language I requested the translation to) !!! so this there's no good reason for that or (2) I explicitly asked to write a certain way in the notes. Very disappointing to need to review every single word they translate since you can't trust the quality even in the simplest things after paying such a high amount for every single page (and the pages I asked to translate barely had any words in them)

The translation was mostly fine but there were a few differences in the name of the school and subjects so I would like those to be fixed. T,hey are quite common in Czech, although I undestand that it is a small country but when someone is called proffesional, I would expect the translation to be perfect, not just throw the czech words into translator and copy it into the document. Also the formationg could be much better.

Although the customer service did what they could when I reached out, the quality of the translation was not done to a very high quality at all, as a bilingual speaker, I very much doubt it was done by a trained professional. It seemed more like googletranslate. There were words which were either mistranslated or not translated at all. I will not be using this service again.

Your service time was quick — but a bit of a rush to nowhere. I think that if your translator was not adept at translating Japanese kanji characters (as, in this case, painted in blue glaze around the rim of an antique matcha bowl), this should’ve been admitted at the outset. It appears that nothing more was done than to try to run the images of the kanji characters through an optical character reader and hope for the best. I had already tried this with similar results, which is to say, no results. That said, I don’t think kanji experts are to be found on every street corner, even in Japan. And even in Japan, native speakers could not translate this, at least not fully. I have ordered a Japanese to English Kanji dictionary and will (attempt to) translate it myself, and when I do, I’ll send you the results. I’m sure I’ll spend more than $20 worth of my time and doing this.

My experience with your company was extremely negative. I submitted multiple documents from my bank and the translator changed the names of the files which created a lot of confusion. The documents had to be shipped three times because files were duplicated and some were missing. You have no phone support so Instead I received rude unrofessional emails. Each time I contacted your company a different person responded. Instead of having one person handling my order you have too many people involved which made it more confusing. For $500 I really think that I deserved phone support

The turnaround time was fantastic and I was very pleased to receive the translation with 24 hours. The translation of the quality was disappointing. One sentence got translated completely wrong making a completely false statement. I was disappointed by it and I'm glad I caught the mistake before using it for its intended purses for Immigration application and I could have got in a lot of trouble from this false translation. The other things were okay, but I believe it could have been a better translation

The entire translation was rejected in Colombia. A total waste of money. Even though I told them it was for Colombia they still went ahead and took my money. It is being retranslate by a Colombian translation service. Will not use for upcoming immigration proceedings.

this time is bad. i have used your service in the past, and it was usually fast and minimum rework. This time: take so much longer asking for revision but takes another 24 hours. after 2nd revision, i had to rework the things myself using DOCx you provide. some mistakes: wrong Name spelling, wrong data of birth (this is critical) for official documents.

The translation was not at all the level I expected with the amount I have paid, so many basic mistakes in the translation. I'm grateful I speak both languages or otherwise I would have been put in a horrible position. I'm trying to figure out if I can request a review because as it is now, it might as well have been translated on google translate only.

Very poor translation with extremely basic errors; very sloppy layout of document as well. I only used this service because I needed a certified translation, otherwise I would not have and would definitely not recommend it to anyone else.

Timothy Agnew

The errors I found are unacceptable errors on the part of a translation company. First, they translated a product name, which in this case is ''Premium''. We NEVER translate a product name. There was a capital letter in the middle of sentences, for example: Mois (Month). In French, we never use capital letters except for the first word of a sentence. The word Ligne (Line) was correct, but to be more professional, the word ''gamme'' is more appropriate.

$45 pour une traduction de mauvaise qualité avec beaucoup trop de faute dans le texte, je l'aurais bien fait moi même mais il me fallait une estampille de traduction officielle, donc je dirais merci uniquement pour le coup de tampon notarié.

This is the second document that I have had issues with sub-par translation. In both instances it appeared that translation software was used and then the document was never reviewed before being sent. Several sloppy errors were obvious in initial review from non-language speakers and then more discovered from language speakers. Your website claims native language speakers are doing the translation, this does not seem to be the case based on my experiences.

Translation contained a pretty basic error that was submitted for revision immediately, and corrected translation was not available until well after 24 hours from submission of original job.

I’m pretty shocked that this translator missed the date. There isn’t much to actually translate since the document format is the same as other marriage certificates. They only needed to get the dates and names correct. If I hadn’t checked, the date miss could have really affected the accuracy of my documentation. Then after giving a revision to fix the name spelling and date, this translator didn’t even fix the date? This delayed my translation another date. I wouldn’t recommend them to a friend, especially since the dates could have been translated by google and then when given the exact information, they couldn’t even copy and paste it.

I used RushTranslate 2 years ago, and by then I revised the documents just once before approval. I was satisfied with the service and decided to use it again. I was so wrong. This time I had to revise and correct each document four (!) times. I spent a lot of time doing it, but I could not do it by myself since I needed a certified translation. The protocol numbers on the documents were wrong, and the years were messed up, 2010 became 2019. The translator was not very attentive and focused. The support team replied to my complaints promptly, but the quality of the translation was terrible.

Be extremely cautious, especially if you do not understand the original language. The first revision was less than half translated. Important details like dates and addresses were missing.

I have to say I'm not satisfied with the layout of the translation. I found it strange to read the right-positioned content shown on the left side of your translation. I believe Rushtranslate is a big company to have those well-disciplined samples as most official diplomas are similar. I requested twice through the website and the translator just deleted what I said in the request. Then I sent an email to customer service and it's still difficult to communicate. I used Rushtranslate once before, and it went well, I got what I want from the first beginning. But this time, this translator seems to have some difficulty using Microsoft Word. Even after I provide a version that was edited myself, the translator refused to use it. The translation papers mean a lot to me. Now the translated documents just look unprofessional.

The website is really easy to use, the service is very fast and all my comments about the translation were taking into considerations.
