Unfortunately no digital signature was mentioned in the document and it was rejected by BMV when I tried to convince with translated license. I had chosen for attestion while applying. Not used the translated document and wasted.

Sorry for the hassle at the BMV. Requirements can vary by office, and Indiana BMV specifically requires a translator-signed certificate with particular wording. We’ve reissued your translation with the requirements and followed up directly. If you run into any other issues, please reach out - we’re happy to help work with the BMV.

Dear translators, unfortunately, I can only rate your translation of my divorce certificate with one star. The fact is that the original Russian text of this certificate states that my ex-wife, after the dissolution of our marriage, is given her maiden name - Selivanova. Your translator, however, indicated in the text of his translation that she is given the surname Brudska. I could not even imagine the possibility of a certified translator making such a mistake in such a simple text, but my son noticed it and told me about it when we were already sealing the package with my documents for urgent shipment, which left me no time to contact you with a complaint.

Please find the revised translation available from the order status page and let us know if you have questions or need assistance. Thank you.

Bad and incomplete translation

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Please reach out to our support team at support@rushtranslate.com so we can review your translation and resolve any concerns you may have. Thank you.
I am surprized with the amount of error they made everytime. I used Japanese to English translation twice but both the times there were mistakes in very BASIC things. I already provided the spellings of proper nouns such as House name etc, yet I felt they did not even look at the note for once!! Made their original spellings! There were other simple mistakes like spelling of Husband - Housband and so on! Even there were mistakes in simple English grammer after translation. Each time I had to ask for a review and that took me another extra 24 hours. Only thing I can say is - DO NOT USE RUSHTRANSLATE IF YOU ARE REALLY IN A RUSH.

Thank you for your feedback. What you describe isn’t typical of the service we strive to deliver, and we’d like to look into this further. We weren’t able to locate a project under the name provided, so please reach out to us at support@rushtranslate.com with your project details, we’ll be glad to investigate and address your concerns right away. a lot not translated words, i paid $104 for bad service

We’re sorry to hear you weren’t satisfied with your experience. In your translation, only proper nouns in addresses were left in the original language, which is the standard practice, but we understand this may not have been what you expected. These can certainly be transliterated upon request. To make sure you’re fully satisfied, we’ve already created a revision request on your behalf and reached out to you directly to provide further assistance.

the order was not delivered on time , and had to send it back three times for correction

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Timely delivery and accuracy are very important to us, and we regret that we fell short in this case. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our processes.
Their translation had basic errors with my name. I mean BASIC. I had to have them corrected which lead to delays. Finally the hardcopy of the final draft was shipped via 2day service. It was finally delivered 8 days later. This was an urgent translation and I therefore missed the deadline. Their omly response is that they aren't responsible for third-party shipper delay. Nothing else. Just "It's their fault not ours so suck the loss". I wouldn't use them for a language I can't verify nor if I was in a rush. Which is ironic, given their company name. Edit: " there are not exact translation for name..." 1. My name was given. It's the name on the transaction. 2. The translation chosen left off one of the kanjis completely, so that was an ERROR not a function of Japanese. 3. My very English names were also miss translated. 4. I did contact your support team and was told that I would not be refunded the fees for hard-copy nor shipping as that was third-party error. So a little more than "remotely" your response. Take accountability and maybe grow.

There is no exact translation for names when translating from Japanese to English. Because of this, we do request that the customer provide the proper/preferred spelling of names that appear in the source material during the checkout process. Because this information was not provided, the linguist used transliteration to represent the sounds (phonetics) of the proper noun. We completed the revision request after you submitted the proper/preferred spelling of the names. As for the delay in the shipment, we most certainly did not say anything remotely close to what you quoted. Please feel free to contact our support team if you have additional questions or concerns and we would be happy to assist. Thank you.
Japanese to English
Their translation had basic errors with my name. Ones that was entirely avoidable since my name was attached to the transaction. This led to unnecessary delays. The error was then fixed and my hard-copy was supposedly shipped using 2day shipping. It was delivered 8days later. Long passed the due date for turning in the document. I specifically chose thus company because I wasn't aware of the need for the translation and this was a RUSHED service. They failed at the basic premise of their business. Their solution to me? 'The shipping company is third-party and thus we aren't liable.' I would not use them again if I needed the documents in a timely manner. What's the use of "good" translation work if it doesn't arrive when it is needed?

Were sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. When translating names from Japanese to English, there is no single correct translation, so we request during checkout that customers provide the preferred spelling for any proper names in the source material. Unfortunately, this information was not provided at the time of your order, so the linguist used standard phonetic transliteration. Once you provided the preferred spelling, we promptly completed the revision.
Regarding shipping, your order was sent via ***** 2-************ and we refunded your shipping cost in full when delivery took longer than expected. While we do our best to meet deadlines, transit times are ultimately determined by the carrier, and we regret the delay.
If you have any remaining questions or concerns, our support team is always happy to assist. We appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our service.

I have trusted RushTranslate with important documents and have been pleased until this one. Simple spelling errors on a very simple document. It wasn't professional and didn't match the promise on their certification. They did revise it. The translation is ready, but it delayed its readiness unnecessarily.

We are very sorry we didn't meet your expectations this time. Please note, we do request the preferred spelling of names that appear in the source materials as part of the checkout process. When this information is not supplied, it is the most common reason for revisions. We did complete the requested edits promptly and the final translation was ready 3 hours after the order was received, so well within the 12 hours quoted. Please contact the support team if we can be of any further assistance. Thank you!

Janice Kruetzer is not a certified translator to sign for this document. Her name does not appear in any database for German to English translator.

Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, all of our Certificates of Translation Accuracy are signed by our company representative on behalf of the translator. This is a standard practice in the translation industry, as our agency assumes full responsibility for the accuracy of the work. We work with certified professional translators, and their credentials are verified before they join our network. If any client requires a translator-signed certificate, we can provide that option digitally upon request. We have reached out direct to provide more information and offer assistance.

How can the certificate of authenticity provided be in the original language? That doesn't make any sense. It should be in the language of the requested translation....

We are a US based company and the certification is in English by default. There are several reasons for this but the primary is to facilitate notarization. We are always happy to provide a translated copy of the certificate, upon request. Please find the translated certificate available from your order status page and let us know if you have questions or need further assistance.

The letterhead was changed to yours instead of mine? It arrived many hours late (the next day in fact), so please refund the expedited turn around fee of $44.85

Thank you for your feedback. The estimated turnaround time for your order was 12 hours, and our records confirm that the translation was completed 12 hours after the order was received and an "order complete" notification was sent to your email address at that time.
Regarding the letterhead, certified translations are completed on our company letterhead, which is standard industry practice. This ensures the document is formally certified and clearly tied to the agency producing the translation, which is what most end users expect to see. We did see your note stating, "You don't need to translate my letterhead at the top," and we interpreted that as a request not to include or translate the content of your original letterhead. Accordingly, our team excluded it from the translated content. If your intention was for us to retain the visual appearance of your original letterhead (without translating it), we sincerely apologize for the misunderstanding. We're happy to revisit the formatting if needed to better meet your expectations.
We have reached out to you directly to offer futher assistance.

Hi, I was very disappointed because I ordered my translation with notary certification plus an Apostille stamp and I only received a copy instead of original where you cant feel the Apostille as being an original. Paid extra for this and it was not worth it. I received my birth certificate day after an original copy with Apostille notarized stamp. That is what you should do too. A reimbursement should you reconsider. Thank you

I'm sorry to hear you are disappointed. It sounds like you are trying to turn the e-apostille into a physical document. Please know the e-apostille is a fully digital method of authentication and it is not valid in a printed form. You can find more information on apostilles here: https://rushtranslate.com/help-center/apostilled-translations
Please don't hesitate to contact our support team if you have questions or need assistance. Thank you.

Edit: Although they replied that they provided a quick revision to my requested edits, I had to translate the entire document on my own and give them what needs to be edited. So, basically I just paid for their certificate and did the translation on my own. A total scam! Google translate does a better job than them at translating. Almost every line had an error in my document. It does not make sense to pay them and then correct every line myself.

We are sorry to hear you did not have a good experience. We did provide a quick revision to the edits you requested, most of which were preferences in the translation. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any other questions or concerns - we're always happy to help!
Paperwork denied and deadline missed because key information was incorrect. Their response was “We're sorry to hear that your paperwork was denied and that you missed the submission deadline. We completely understand your frustration and sincerely apologize for the error. While we take great care to ensure accuracy, our translations are completed by human translators, and unfortunately, human error can sometimes occur. We regret that this mistake impacted your ability to use the document as intended.” That’s all the ownership they take while charging a very steep fee for the work.

We’d like to look into this, but your screen name doesn’t match any client records and our request for more details through Trustpilot went unanswered. If this is a legitimate review, please reach out to our support team so we can resolve this promptly. Thanks.

We regret that this clients experience did not meet their expectations and sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. While the reviewer correctly noted that a typographical error was made in the translated document, they omitted some important context that we believe is essential for a fair understanding of the situation:
1) The original source document provided to us was not a high resolution scan and it contained very small font, which made accurate character recognition more difficult than usual.
2) The error in question involved a single character in a 17-digit VIN, where an "8" was mistakenly entered instead of a "B". We agree that this is a critical detail in a legal document, and while we strive for perfection, this was a human error - understandable, though unfortunate - and not due to negligence or lack of proofreading. Given the poor quality of the original file, it was also not something easily caught by our QA team.
Upon being notified, our team responded promptly, took full responsibility for the issue, and immediately offered a refund equal to 50%of the translation fee. Our goal was to show accountability and good faith, even though we had worked with the document provided to us under challenging conditions.
Unfortunately, the client rejected our efforts to resolve the situation, responded with hostility, and indicated they would escalate the matter regardless of the refund we issued. While we understand the client's frustration, we believe we handled the issue fairly and professionally.
We take all feedback seriously and are constantly working to improve both our translation process and client communication. We remain committed to quality, integrity, and transparency, and were always willing to engage with clients constructively to find the best possible resolution.

If you need this for any official documents you need to translate into Croatian, don't waste your money as it will NOT be accepted. Croatia requires you to use a sudski tumač and there are only a handful who are approved in Croatia. RE your reply; the notary was the first person who told me a birth certificate must be translated by a sudski tumač. Ministry of the Interior confirmed the requirement. Anyone needing a birth certificate translated must use a sudski tumač. It doesn't matter what entity is requiring the translation. Furthermore, your website claims "Our certified translations are accepted by USCIS, universities, government agencies, and businesses worldwide. No matter your needs, we provide reliable, fast, and secure translations to ensure a seamless process." That is simply not true.

You are correct that we do not employ Croatian court-certified interpreters (sudski tumači). However, it's important to note that this requirement typically comes from specific institutions or end users—not from Croatia as a blanket national requirement. We regularly provide certified Croatian translations for a wide range of official uses and complete hundreds of Croatian-language projects each year, often including notarization and apostille services.
If you're willing to share the specific entity or authority that rejected the translation, we’d be happy to look into it and see how we can assist or clarify their requirements.

Paid extra money for express translation. Was completed on time but with major error. Interview with immigration is tomorrow. Rushtranslate provides no one to talk to or respond quickly to email regarding correcting their mistake of the translated document.

We understand the urgency and also the need for accuracy in the translation. We apologize for any inconvenience caused due to the error in the translation. The requested edit was applied and the revised translation was returned within two hours of receiving the revision request. We followed up via email to ensure we had addressed all your concerns but please let us know if there is anything else and we will be happy to assist. We appreciate your repeat business and do hope to continue providing translation services to you in the future.

I had a disappointing experience with this service. I submitted passport pages that already contained official English translations printed directly on the documents — over 90% of the content was already translated by the issuing authority. Instead of acknowledging this and offering a practical solution, the company insisted on treating the request as a full retranslation and asked for the full fee. This made no sense given the minimal effort required — especially since the translation already existed. To make matters worse, they spent far more time justifying their policy than it would’ve taken to simply extract the existing text and format it into a certified version. This overly rigid and impersonal approach left me frustrated and disappointed. I ultimately declined to proceed, even if the service had been offered free of charge. I hope they improve their flexibility and customer care going forward.

We’d like to clarify a few key points regarding your review.
You placed an order for English to Arabic translation and received a certified Arabic version of your passport document, as requested. After delivery, you informed us that you actually needed an Arabic to English translation. Changing the target language after delivery requires a new order, as it involves an entirely new translation.
Although portions of your document were already in English, certified translations still require our team to transcribe all visible text manually, and format it to match the source — especially when working from images. This work is handled by professional translators and cannot be bypassed, regardless of perceived effort.
Our communications were courteous and professional throughout all exchanges. We regret that you were displeased with the outcome, but believe this stemmed from repeated requests to waive the fee for a new translation — with the expectation of receiving a different response. Our policies are in place to ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of certified translations. Support agents are here to explain our process and provide clarity when questions arise.
We stand by the accuracy of our work and the fairness of our pricing.

It wasn't as expected, to be honest. I did many services with you guys, and the process was fast and accurate. For this document, I had to send specified instructions for accurate translation, stamps, and alignment to make sure it was translated correctly. And it took like 4 days to complete it, plus all these instructions. Disappointed tbh

Pros: I like your UI and UX. It was very easy to sign up and to upload docs and your user flows are good. Con: It was very hard to get an accurate translation. And mistakes that were not caught by your 'human translator' or algorithms are very obvious. I had to go through 7-8 revisions before I got something acceptable in quality.

My apologies for the need for so many revisions. The translator struggled with the formatting of the document. Please know there are no algorithms involved with the translation. We have addressed the issues with the translator and our QA team to improve processes, going forward. Please let us know if you have questions or if we can be of any assistance.

Could’ve been better if I didn’t have to act as both the QC and the customer. The translation wasn’t properly done the footer formatting wasn’t respected. I was in a rush, which is why I went with it, but honestly, it was disappointing. Having to ask for a revision three times? Definitely a 1-star experience.

Was slighted on the details of the transaction. Was advertised as a Canadian site. translation was not approved for Canada. Basically a waste of money

Bad experience! DO NOT USE Rush Translate FOR TRADEMARK translations! Use a more personalized service! ---Sent initial support email requesting info regarding trademarks, and received two automated emails that didn't directly answer the question. Went ahead with the order with a document that clearly states for trademark and a statement asking them to reach out with any questions. The language selection is misleading and confusing and now I have a translation to Spanish... I needed it FROM Spanish TO english FOR A TRADEMARK!....They have a revision request... Nope, I get an automated email to pay again! This company is all automated and they're just out for your money! Stay away! None of the responses you received from our support team were automated. There was certainly some confusion over what you were requesting and further attempts to clarify should have been made. However, as explained via email, you had placed an order for English to Spanish translation so that is the reason why you received a Spanish translation. We have corrected the language pair and provided an English translation which is available from your order status page. If you have questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our support team. Thank you.

I needed to translate some documents in ********** and was charged for the service. After the work was completed, the translators realized that since my documents were from ********** and not what I requested, certified documents required official documentation from the same country. They then informed me that they would not provide any refunds, despite the significant financial and emotional distress this caused me. This wouldn't be accepted by ***** at all. They would want me to send it to have it rejected to get the refund. My heart is broken.I feel very disappointed and angry about this experience.

This review is filled with misinformation and we would greatly appreciate it if the customer would return and update. We have already explained the process in detail to the customer directly and they know what they need to do to meet the requirements of their receiving party. The following is a brief correction of the misleading and/or misinformation that was posted in the review:
1) We learned the source documents were vital certificates issued in ********** the moment we viewed the source files (not after the translations were completed). This is not an issue whatsoever and we translate documents that originate from all over the world, including **********, everyday.
It turns out the receiving party requires an apostille for the original source documents to validate authenticity. We have explained to the customer this has nothing to do with the translation and they should obtain the apostille from the CA SoS. They will then need to have the apostille translated into the target language (Czech) also.
2) The end user is not USCIS so that sentence is very misleading. It is correct that ***** would not accept the translation but it is not because we don't meet USCIS requirements (we definitely do and have a 100% acceptance rate), it is because the customer needed their English documents translated into Czech (USCIS requires English translations of foreign language documents).
The only reason USCIS came up is because the customer tried to tell us they would get a ***** rejection as part of their refund request and we explained our refund policy. The customer was not acting in good faith with their request for a refund of the services, falsely suggesting their Czech translation was being submitted to *****, and they are propagating the misinformation here, which is disappointing.
We have continued to work with the customer to assist them in understanding the requirements for their end use case and we would appreciate an update on the review they posted here.

If I didn't already know what the document said, I'd be misinformed and confused. It was so bad they used a different prefecture in the document. Imagine listing California as North Carolina. They did manage to revise it with my pointed list of about 8 mistakes made on the 1 page document. I would not use this service again nor recommend to anyone.

The delivered translation was ok (just a minor mistake), but the turnaround time was very dissatisfying. I paid the express fee which said I would receive the translation within 12 hours. I told them it was urgent, I needed it to leave the country for my family member's funeral. I received the translation after pretty much 36 hours and only because I inquired about it the next day after placing the order. Of course they charged me the express fee without delivering this service.I didnt even receive an apology. I would not work with them again.

Too poor job. I gave a document with single date to be translated but the translation seems to be liked done from google translator. Same name has two different errors in two different places.

The company reviewed my 2 page document and then increased my order to 4 pages.I approved a 4 page translated document, that would then be signed, certified and notarized. The certified copy was 3 pages. The last page, which was the finalization of the divorce proceedings, was omitted from the certified, signed copy. When I brought this to their attention, the company said that the order had already been shipped. They completed a revision of the document that once again included the final page and submitted the revision for my approval, but stated that the full document would not be shipped since the order had already been *********** do you pay $130 for 4 pages and only receive 3 pages?I guess it is my privilege to compensate this company for their mistakes at my expense.

Thank you for providing the feedback. I have reviewed the order and communication and acknowledge there were several shortcomings with the service provided. I reached out directly to offer my assistance and welcome any additional feedback from the customer. It is our hope that we can have another opportunity to provide services again in the future but understand if the customer chooses to take their business elsewhere.

Really baaaaad! The translation is not accurate! Even after correction, the email address in the document is still wrong!

This is my first time using Rush Translate, and my first order was filled with mistakes. Even simple things like numbers were translated wrong. I would not recommend this service.

I don't recommend using this service for any legal translations. They did a terrible job translating my daughter's birth certificate from English to French and you can't contact them on the phone to try to get the problem resolved.

It’s absolutely terrible! I began to review the translation and realized it was not right. I was planning to send all corrections but it was so overwhelming that I had to pay for a new translation. I think that the translation was done by a machine and was not even checked before it was sent to me. I WOULD NOT recommend this company at all! NEVER EVER! Loss of time and money!

I'm very sorry to hear of your disappointment. We have sent a follow-up email directly to request any examples of what you feel is incorrect in the translation. We have also initiated a peer review to have a senior translator evaluate the translation. We will share the findings, once that is complete. Please don't hesitate to reach out to the support team for further assistance. Thank you.

Im so disappointed. I just took this to the consulate and they rejected this translation. They pointed out a few errors. RushTranslate added or changed numbers on my childs' birth certificate. I had to pay such a premium because I was at the consulate and needed my official documents translated at that moment. I would appreciate a refund. I paid $69.85 for 1 document and it was rejected.
