1, The font was extremely small. 2. Some of the text in Hebrew was enreadable and as I was sent only the PDF file I have no way of correcting it.

Generally good service and agile response. This last translation wasn’t great. There was one particular word “baixada” that means “closed” and has been translated to “declared”, which is causing me trouble to explain.

Translator did not pay attention to sensitive information and made a lot of name mistakes.

Translation was fine but could have been done by AI for free. The nuances of language wasn’t corrected, it wasn’t done by a native French speaker like it should have been.

The service and ease of access was great; however the quality of the translation was not to my standard. I have certified translation experience myself and am close to native level in the target language. I decided to use your translation service because I was busy and wanted to save time. As a translator myself, I put faith in the craft and wanted to believe that I would get a quality translation, but to my shock I was let down and disappointed. The translation appears rushed and did not appear to me to have any thoughtful effort put into it. I requested that a diploma be translated but I was presented with a basic looking sub-par word document that was not even formatted any bit similarly to the source text. This poor quailty has resulted to me translating the source text myself because I would embarassed to submit this low quality translation to my future employer (Japanese natives). This is counterintuitive because the entire reason I ordered the translation was to save myself time. Instead, I have lost time. If possible I would like a refund of my money; however, I am sure you have some poor excuse to use in order to reject my request in a professional manner. If that is the case, it is not worth anymore of my time and accept that conclusion. It is however my hope that you make more considerate and heartful translations in the future for other customers.

The quality of the first translation was mostly good except for names. There were some translations that were not correct. On the 2nd order, the names were misspelled again, even when I gave specific notes on the names, they still got it wrong. Then, when the update came to my email, there were no changes per my revision request, and the website kept directing me to the first order. It was getting really confusing. I am still waiting on the 2 page translation 2 days later.

We had to correct several serious mistakes. Correction process was easy, it just took me additional time that I wasn't expected to spend.

The format could be closer to the document that was sent, it wasnt as user friendly as other ones were before and the fact that different files were all merged into one instead of separately, as they should be, was not convenient.

After several exchanges with the support team, I started to doubt the service. Despite this, they did meet the delivery deadline as promised. I'll give your service another chance to determine if it’s a good fit for me.

The service was great. The translation was done by someone who didn't know basic rules of English Grammar, filled everything with comma splices and even made grave typos like turning "a passion for cars" into "a passion for cards".

The translation from German to English was disappointing. Two revisions with typos, grammar, and significant translation errors. No option to speak with translator directly to talk through concerns. Customer Service email response was ok. Got it done, but not sure I'll use this service again.

Thank you. The translation is a bit word for word translation and not that normal everyday used German words or translations. Should be more better words used in English

Hi, I didn't notice that u guys was not going to translate the grades too, because the main thing was translate the grades for an application to college, and I requested a refund but they're saying that it's not possible due terms and condition, so I just throw my money directly to the garbage because college applications will not accept the format, anyway, thank you!

To be honest I was not very impressed with your translation quality. You charged more than I was expecting and had three spelling/usage errors in the translations. I am Fluent in both languages, so it was easy to see. I just don’t understand how you can charge so much money and be so careless. I wrote an email to complain and you fixed two of the errors right away, however I had to write another email for you to send me the third corrected copy! Your translator had little attention to detail. I will not use or re omens this service again. You want the truth, so there or is!

I choose rush translate because they aim to complete in 24 hours. However the process took 48 hours and the document was no longer needed by that point. Be careful if you need in a rush. However, the translation was accurate and the revisions completed quickly.

Very quick turnaround in less than 24h. However, with three typos in a very short document of around 30 words.

I have submitted three different papers - two personal letters and one medical document. There were mistakes in each of the 3 papers. First paper - they missed two sentences (???). Second paper - the title is wrong. Third paper - they added (???) 6 words that were not there in the original at all. I just don`t get how it can be possible - looks like there is no supervision, one person poorly translates papers and immediately sends them to me, I guess. Let alone the fact that the service is not the cheapest or the quickest. I would not recommend it at all unless you are okay with getting translation twice later than expected because they need to fix mistakes.

Paid extra for expedited but it took more than 24 hours to get the final copy.

The turnaround time was great but the translation seems like it was stuck into https://www.deepl.com/translator. Very disappointing. I expected something translated by a person and not a website. I could have done that myself without paying the fee.

Service is fast and responsive. This is my first time using the service, however, I am quite disappointed that the person in the article is misgendered. Partly my fault for not checking thoroughly.

Was pleased with the results. However the Fedx people left my package out in the rain and ruined my paperwork so now I'm waiting for my documents to dry.

Service is good, however quality of the translation is below subpar. The translator had zero attention to detail when translating my documents. The spelling of names was specifically stated but were not used. I also noticed that information was translated correctly in one section of the document but incorrect in another.

I will have to make significant adjustments. For instance, my job title was translated as Developpeur Principal (lead developer), for jobs at which I was just a senior developer. The meaning is completely different. There are also some smaller mistakes, I did not get around to verify everything.

Good for getting official documents translated - formatting looks good. Make sure to note spelling or there will be inconsistencies. Text translation was also fine. However I had a handwritten card translated, and there were a lot of mistakes and awkwardly translated spots/misspellings. Bit pricey considering I could have translated the card better myself faster and without requesting a revisions and waiting again. But good for official documents. Also anything that is in English (not being translated) but in the document will count towards the word limit.

It is extremely difficult to get in touch with the service for any type of clarification and translations have, at times, typos.

I got my translated documents back rapidly fast. Unfortunately the translation was not really accurate, however after I requested a revision, all the issues has been resolved. So in the end I am happy with the service for the money!

The service was good but the quality was lacking. Something as simple as a copy-paste of a name spelling couldn't be done right, resulting in an additional 4-day delay. The translation lacked proper grammar and context, If I weren't bilingual (french - English) I would have ended up with a translation that wasn't accurate. I had to send the full copy of the translation I did myself to put us on the final copy.

I make an order on Dec29,2023. Recently I want to make a statement that I don't need you to give certification for my son's high diploma. I know there are many chaotic scences of educations in China. As a mother, I feel anxious. I expect that you can't discrimination against us. I feel you don't respect us. we pay for you.

Service is disappointing from two aspects. It seems a very simple matter to put 8 pages in an envelope and mail it USPS for about $3 to Japan. But Rush said only FedEx at $62! Why? This is not customer focused. I was in no hurry. This alone will assure I do not use Rush again. Secondly, the zip code was listed incorrectly. It went across town, we fortunately were called and it arrived. Poor attention to detail. Rush should listen to clients on how they want the hard copy mailed and accommodate them.

There were three mistakes on a single translation page! I) Number missing on the top right; II) The day in the date in Brazil comes first than the month (therefore the date translation should be 07/04/1994); III) Took the "XXVIII" exam and not the "XXVII".

Very disappointed in the translations as of late. The quality seems to have gone down. There were a lot of translations errors that had to be corrected. There needs to be a quality check before the translations are sent out.

I requested yesterday a doc to be notarized and translated from English to Italian in order to apply for a Italian citizenship but the document authenticated was not the page I requested. I checked and confirmed the translation and all the info but a second page was created by rush translate that was denied by the agency we are submitting the documents. we need the certificate of birth that was sent to the certified and notarized. and last but not least we need a notarized English version as well ( the original one, certified/ notarized) Can you provide me the instructions or send information how to update it? Tks
