Translation was good. I paid extra for a rush 12 hour translation but it took about 20 hours instead.

Good efficency. Translation and certification done within 24h. But poor translation Quality. Probably done with AI. The document to translate was an official birth certificate with specific vocabulary that google translate or AI didn't cope with. Obviously, a translator didn't check the translation afterward and the result wasn't making sens. I had to make all correction by myself and ask them to certify it . Not that they came back to my very quick. Good reactivity from rushtranslate.

Russian to English
I am generally satisfied but the accuracy is not always 100%. It is better to carefully check out their first version before approval to avoid trouble with the wrong translation.

UPDATE: My third time, I sent TWO one-page documents which obviously needed TWO certifications with them. I was sent ONE certification and then made to pay for shipping to receive the second one. Super fast. Super competent. Very responsive. I've used them twice. My only complaint is that the cheapest shipping option is FedEx and costs around $14. I don't always need it that quickly; I would have preferred to just pay USPS rates.

The service and ease of access was great; however the quality of the translation was not to my standard. I have certified translation experience myself and am close to native level in the target language. I decided to use your translation service because I was busy and wanted to save time. As a translator myself, I put faith in the craft and wanted to believe that I would get a quality translation, but to my shock I was let down and disappointed. The translation appears rushed and did not appear to me to have any thoughtful effort put into it. I requested that a diploma be translated but I was presented with a basic looking sub-par word document that was not even formatted any bit similarly to the source text. This poor quailty has resulted to me translating the source text myself because I would embarassed to submit this low quality translation to my future employer (Japanese natives). This is counterintuitive because the entire reason I ordered the translation was to save myself time. Instead, I have lost time. If possible I would like a refund of my money; however, I am sure you have some poor excuse to use in order to reject my request in a professional manner. If that is the case, it is not worth anymore of my time and accept that conclusion. It is however my hope that you make more considerate and heartful translations in the future for other customers.

The quality of the first translation was mostly good except for names. There were some translations that were not correct. On the 2nd order, the names were misspelled again, even when I gave specific notes on the names, they still got it wrong. Then, when the update came to my email, there were no changes per my revision request, and the website kept directing me to the first order. It was getting really confusing. I am still waiting on the 2 page translation 2 days later.

The service was great. The translation was done by someone who didn't know basic rules of English Grammar, filled everything with comma splices and even made grave typos like turning "a passion for cars" into "a passion for cards".

The translation from German to English was disappointing. Two revisions with typos, grammar, and significant translation errors. No option to speak with translator directly to talk through concerns. Customer Service email response was ok. Got it done, but not sure I'll use this service again.

Service is fast and corrections are good. However, you have to double check the work, mistakes were made on things. Fast turn around but I almost blindly trusted everything.

To be honest I was not very impressed with your translation quality. You charged more than I was expecting and had three spelling/usage errors in the translations. I am Fluent in both languages, so it was easy to see. I just don’t understand how you can charge so much money and be so careless. I wrote an email to complain and you fixed two of the errors right away, however I had to write another email for you to send me the third corrected copy! Your translator had little attention to detail. I will not use or re omens this service again. You want the truth, so there or is!

I choose rush translate because they aim to complete in 24 hours. However the process took 48 hours and the document was no longer needed by that point. Be careful if you need in a rush. However, the translation was accurate and the revisions completed quickly.

German to English
Very quick turnaround in less than 24h. However, with three typos in a very short document of around 30 words.

Russian to English
I have submitted three different papers - two personal letters and one medical document. There were mistakes in each of the 3 papers. First paper - they missed two sentences (???). Second paper - the title is wrong. Third paper - they added (???) 6 words that were not there in the original at all. I just don`t get how it can be possible - looks like there is no supervision, one person poorly translates papers and immediately sends them to me, I guess. Let alone the fact that the service is not the cheapest or the quickest. I would not recommend it at all unless you are okay with getting translation twice later than expected because they need to fix mistakes.

I will have to make significant adjustments. For instance, my job title was translated as Developpeur Principal (lead developer), for jobs at which I was just a senior developer. The meaning is completely different. There are also some smaller mistakes, I did not get around to verify everything.
