Fast and quality translation!

Good efficency. Translation and certification done within 24h. But poor translation Quality. Probably done with AI. The document to translate was an official birth certificate with specific vocabulary that google translate or AI didn't cope with. Obviously, a translator didn't check the translation afterward and the result wasn't making sens. I had to make all correction by myself and ask them to certify it . Not that they came back to my very quick. Good reactivity from rushtranslate.

No sales-mindset, they did not try and sell me "Get hardcopy" or "Notarize your documents". ****** they informed me and did not use my ignorance against me. Translation service:1. Idk if translators differ, but I did AR-EN and it was really good. i speak both fluently but I wanted something "official" to have some peace of mind. The translator really did it good.2. It was within 24 hours, before the turn-around deadline set for me.3. I requested revisions, minor ones honestly and were done in less than 24 hours and even the translator modified certain parts like translating a stamp which was above and beyond the request.Pricing:1. They quoted me the price for one page even though I had stamps in the second page. Didn't over charge me!Overall:It is an excellent, reliable, trustworthy, quality-focused, customer-first company. I honestly would give it 100/100 and will definitely recommend it. I submitted two pages to be translated, one was a closeup of the other. It didn't even occur to me that I only needed to request only one page be translated, but Rush Translate figured it out immediately (with AI?) and only charged me for the one page. They were also mostly able to decipher the handwriting on a not particularly good quality image and worked with me to make some revisions after the first run. All done within 24 hours. Pros: I like your UI and UX. It was very easy to sign up and to upload docs and your user flows are good. Con: It was very hard to get an accurate translation. And mistakes that were not caught by your 'human translator' or algorithms are very obvious. I had to go through 7-8 revisions before I got something acceptable in quality.

The translation I requested—a diploma and a certificate—was of excellent quality. My suggestion: as this is a diploma, it should include the necessary signatures and logos, just like those found on the original document. Regrettably, this is not part of the service.
