Very fast turnaround! They translated my childhood vaccinations from Greek to english! My vaccination booklet was created in 1988 when no medical record was electronic, so most of my vaccination records were handwritten by doctors with terrible handwriting that even I couldn't read. The translator was able to tell apart not only the vaccination dates but the name of the doctor as well! Very pleased with the end result!

It was easy to navigate the site. Communication was good even though via email. Turnaround was fast. The price was pretty reasonable also.    Having said that, when I first got the document for approval, I noticed some information was obviously in the owrong place.  I am glad it was caught prior to being finalized. Couldn't have imagined what would happen if I missed it.    I am satisfied overall.

The translation quality itself was fine, but I think the translated document needs to be proof read before being uploaded. We had to go through extra rounds of revisions because there were punctuation errors, inconsistent translations, misspelling, and requested revisions not being reflected. That being said, turnaround time was good and the customer support was excellent - extremely responsive and flexible with my needs.

I handed in two German letters of recommendation to be translated into English and notarized. The process was fast, with a quick turnaround of the initial translations within 48 hours.  The support I received from staff facilitating and communicating with me was outstanding, very attentive and friendly and helpful. The two translations were done by two different translators, I assume. While one was good and thorough and my requested adjustments were performed instantly, I rather doubted the capabilities of the second translator. This translation was not done by a native speaker of English, I am certain, and their knowledge of English was limited. As a result, the translation required several edits - even of items I had clearly highlighted and asked to be changed explicitly. I understand that RushTranslate reserves the right of the translator to disagree with suggested edits, but in this case I mean the translator repeatedly ignored my request without comment and required me to become more insistent than I cared to be. The technical process of submitting, resubmitting and downloading all files was comfortable and flawless. Thank you.  

The translation of the birth certificate was on point, quick turnaround (less than 48 hours), and met the standards of the Consulate. I wanted a non-certified translation in Word (*.doc) and I got that because that is what was requested by the Consular General. I appreciate your service and I will use it again in the future. Easy to use. Fast & Accurate Delivery. The quick turnaround was just what I needed to avoid any delays in submitting this document alongside an application. One revision was necessary, due to an oversight in the instructions on names when requesting the translation, which was handled promptly and without issue.

Used the service twice. Both turnaround  is good. 2 things i wasn't happy with: 1- Instructions for apostille is very vague and confusing. 2- customer support is not much help. You are pretty much on your own.

Fast turnaround, great quality service! Some of the original files to be translated were nearly 30 years old and partially illegible, and were translated with no errors! There were 2 minor typos in the initial translation which were quickly addressed within hours of requesting a revision. Would recommend this service to anyone looking for quality certified translations.
