The translation of the original document was fine and as expected. HOWEVER, I request that the certification statement be written in the language of the people who will be reading it, in Spanish. What good is the certification if it is not in a native language of the people reading it? It is meaningless and worthless. I have not yet received that reasonable request. I am very upset about this.

Hello, I was not very happy with my birth certificate translation, it had major mistakes with first names and also the city that appeared many times in the document. I don't think the translation was made by any human being ; it looked like it was made by google translation and not by human professional. It would have been easy to detect the mistakes by double-checking it afterwards... Very disappointing knowing the importance of the document's veracity and the fact that it will be used by the US Government.

Very nice and quick translation, however the translator failed to apply the notes I left for them. I asked for the translation to be formatted in a certain font, size, etc. I also asked for it to be no longer than one page while in said formatting. Neither of these requests were followed.

Please keep in mind that translators are located all over the world and therefore unable to provide a wet ink signature, nor can they appear before a Notary Public. For this reason, the default certificate is signed by a company representative who is able to sign in wet ink and in the presence of a Notary Public since many end users require an original copy and/or notarization.
