I have requested and trusted that the translation of three important documents would be completed on time and within a reasonable price range. The quote was provided quickly, with a price that I considered very reasonable. My questions about the quote and service were answered professionally. I placed my order without any hesitation. Placing the order was extremely easy. I appreciated not needing to provide the notes again since I mentioned them within the quote request initially. The translation order has been completed extremely fast. The notes I provided were followed without any mistakes. The translation is accurate with a minor error. Translation was performed quick and accurate. The only one concern is that the original document wasn't included to the translation batch.

The translation was accurate and delivered on time. There was a small typo in one of the documents that was fixed in a couple of hours.

I have to say this is the worst translation service I've ever had. Just at first glance, I found many errors. I had to check very carefully and give my feedback. While receiving the second version, I still see many obvious errors. I think the translator should pay me for guidance, no the other way around.

I have used rush translate twice now. The process was quick and easy. The turn around time was a lot faster than I expected. The customer service was exceptional. I had accidentally uploaded items unrelated to the service I requested. They informed me of the mistake and told me that they sent the document to be translated to the translator and deleted the pics that were upload by accident. There was also a mistake made with the spelling of a name on the translated document. Within minutes of me informing them of the error, it was corrected. Thanks to the rush translate team for excellent, timely, affordable service.

I typed and provided the textual handwriting words in the original language. Still Im getting the wrong translation or [Nonlegible] More over the names of the Government Entity and job titles are translated incorrectly . Just Lazy translation, very disappointed The only good thing is the Platform and UI/UX
