Your service time was quick — but a bit of a rush to nowhere. I think that if your translator was not adept at translating Japanese kanji characters (as, in this case, painted in blue glaze around the rim of an antique matcha bowl), this should’ve been admitted at the outset. It appears that nothing more was done than to try to run the images of the kanji characters through an optical character reader and hope for the best. I had already tried this with similar results, which is to say, no results. That said, I don’t think kanji experts are to be found on every street corner, even in Japan. And even in Japan, native speakers could not translate this, at least not fully. I have ordered a Japanese to English Kanji dictionary and will (attempt to) translate it myself, and when I do, I’ll send you the results. I’m sure I’ll spend more than $20 worth of my time and doing this.

My experience with your company was extremely negative. I submitted multiple documents from my bank and the translator changed the names of the files which created a lot of confusion. The documents had to be shipped three times because files were duplicated and some were missing. You have no phone support so Instead I received rude unrofessional emails. Each time I contacted your company a different person responded. Instead of having one person handling my order you have too many people involved which made it more confusing. For $500 I really think that I deserved phone support

Fast response, Accurate enough, Free Quote was helpful. I will use this service again. The one problem I had was that finalising(notarisation) process took a few days after I approve the translation. If you are in a hurry, you will have to take these days into account. The good thing is that the support desk replied to my confirmation quickly.

RushTranslate made the process of ordering easy and provided a quick turn-around service. Unfortunately, attention to detail was lacking. I went through 3 revisions due to spelling mistakes I pointed out in the first revision. To their credit, they answered my emails quickly and promptly revised the translation. My advice would be to run your translations through a spell check before sending them to your clients — that would save us all a lot of time.
