Although the customer service did what they could when I reached out, the quality of the translation was not done to a very high quality at all, as a bilingual speaker, I very much doubt it was done by a trained professional. It seemed more like googletranslate. There were words which were either mistranslated or not translated at all. I will not be using this service again.

It was my first time using the translation service. I had a legal document with 1000 words to be translated from English to Chinese traditional. The service was awesome. Excellent communications from the support team. The job was delivered 1 day ahead of the plan. There was a minor error on date. But the team fixed it quickly. Overall, I am pleased with the quality, timely delivery, and outstanding support! Highly recommended this company to friends and family.

Your service time was quick — but a bit of a rush to nowhere. I think that if your translator was not adept at translating Japanese kanji characters (as, in this case, painted in blue glaze around the rim of an antique matcha bowl), this should’ve been admitted at the outset. It appears that nothing more was done than to try to run the images of the kanji characters through an optical character reader and hope for the best. I had already tried this with similar results, which is to say, no results. That said, I don’t think kanji experts are to be found on every street corner, even in Japan. And even in Japan, native speakers could not translate this, at least not fully. I have ordered a Japanese to English Kanji dictionary and will (attempt to) translate it myself, and when I do, I’ll send you the results. I’m sure I’ll spend more than $20 worth of my time and doing this.

Amazing and not pricey comparing with other online translation services! I'd definitely recommend. My 3 page order was completed by Mike Bortscheller (German-English) and it was faster than the advertised 24 h turnout. Everything correct and professional.
