RushTranslate offers quick quality work. When I first saw the website I was skeptical of how reliable they'd be or if they'd need my routine input to get the documents translated, turned out to be very straightforward with not much to cause confusion. I would use their services again.

The staff were great when there was a problem and responded promptly, but I had to get my latest translation fixed three times. It was a very simple document and I needed it to be done quickly so I didn't do it myself. Their Japanese translator is unfortunately not good and I had to correct their translation. It was also not true to the original and they made multiple mistakes. I really liked this company when it was under rev and ordered multiple times before. I am unsure about the quality control now. I hope they change their Japanese translator as I'd like to use this company in the future.

I used RushTranslate 2 years ago, and by then I revised the documents just once before approval. I was satisfied with the service and decided to use it again. I was so wrong. This time I had to revise and correct each document four (!) times. I spent a lot of time doing it, but I could not do it by myself since I needed a certified translation. The protocol numbers on the documents were wrong, and the years were messed up, 2010 became 2019. The translator was not very attentive and focused. The support team replied to my complaints promptly, but the quality of the translation was terrible.

Very quick turnaround. I paid and uploaded my document and got an email back within an hour saying that the word count exceeded the one page limit so I needed to pay for a second page. I made the second payment right away and my document was translated and ready the next morning.

Perfect 5 star service. I found their service to be the fastest, most inexpensive, and reliable. I even had a situation, that I needed additional copies of my translation, and without any problems, I got additional copies sent to me just for shipping fees.

I'm so impressed with the quality of the costumer service and translation of Rush Translate. I asked them to do two revisions of my Academic Transcript document translation (Bulgarian to English), and they corrected everything I asked them each time. They also notarized my document and FedEx-ed me a hard copy for extra charge, of course. I highly recommend them!

You did a rapid job of translation, however, you did not do a correct translation. You either used google translate, or your translator did not learn grammar. Either way, I would like to ask that you please contact me to correct the numerous errors.

I AM VERY PLEASED with the certified translation I received in 3 days! I was referred to the company from my brother and price compared it to another company. What I like most about RushTranslate is that they accept legal documents to translate. I also like that they have weekend hours that are business working days. I also like that there is a price for standard translation and for certified translation and a clear breakdown of price. Also, that I could add in my notes to the translation request. I also liked that my questions were answered within few hours of maling a decision. Once, my certifed translation was complete, I received a separate page explaining the certification.
