I reached out to them last friday for an emergency translation. They got back to me within the hour. Their ETA was 24 hours. Since it was a friday, I assume I would get the translation back the following monday. The translation was completed the next day saturday. It was accurate. They did a great job and I appreciate them sticking to their timeline.

I had an excellent experience with RushTranslate. I needed a foreign driver's license translated to English and got a quote first. It is very fast that I got my certified translation back. Overall, the translation is perfect, except one word. There is a microbiological term "MEMBRANE EXTERNE des bacteries a gram negatif" which used to be translated into "OUTER MEMBRANE of gram negative bacteria" instead of "external membrane....". Even thought it make sense, but in microbiology field, we usually say "outer membrane" instead of "external membrane". Overall, I am quite satisfied with the translation.
