Thanks a lot for the Translations. The email received in my spam folder and that is the reason of my late reply. My only comment is that the first page of both documents, i.e. the Notarization is written in English so as the Spanish Embassy requested me to translate these documents they will also require the Notarization of pages in Spanish. Can you please make them in Spanish for me. Also does not make much sense to have the first page (Notarization) in Spanish as there is a reason for the translation which is that the Spanish reader may understand the whole document including the Notarization. I’d appreciate your great support on this asap. Thanks, Hendr

I would absolutely use this service again. Communication and customer service timely, polite, efficient. 3/5 on quality because there was a major error on translation of a birth certificate: the birthdate itself. Regular QA should have caught this type of thing. Even in the event of a outsourcing to freelance translators, which I assume is the case, Rush should QA its product for technical errors of this kind. (Note: I worked in translation for several years.) Repeat: despite the abovementioned error, I plan to use Rush again and without hesitation.

Very happy with the results overall.  Fast and accurate. There were some minor details and a few requests to make adjustments based on specific computer science terminology. The review feedback cycle was very agile , great customer support and responsiveness to deliver the new versions.

The service was excellent: friendly and impeccable. The translation is 80% good, 20% of the words were translated directly from Vietnamese into English without using an appropriate English expression. I have to do 3 revisions before the  content become as closed as possible to the intention of our conversation.

Turnaround time was very quick.  It took a few rounds of edits to achieve the final translation.  They were very understanding and put the process on hold when a family matter made me unavailable to review an edit for a while.

The translation was super quick and they have done what I requested. Just need to send back the second of my documents as my fathers name is written wrong. 

I was happy with the quality. The only thing that I thought was wrong was when I was charged for 4 pages when the transcript was 2. I understand it goes by word count, but It included the Names before the messages and maybe even the time stamps. Also, Only a few of the messages needed to be translated. Some of them were in English. It was great otherwise.

The service was amazing. There was one word error in the translation in 15 pages of documents.

I have not received a hard copy of the translated birth certificate. I am waiting since last two weeks but I have not received it yet. I asked my property manager but they have not received it either.

I was quite impressed with the job that RushTranslate did with a complex journalistic manuscript on a very short turnaround. I worried somewhat that the length of the project (~4,000 words) and extremely tight deadline (48-72 hours) might pose too much of a challenge, but the translation was interpretive and thorough. A separately hired proofreader found very little to correct and complimented the translation. Communication with the RushTranslate team could not have been better. Instant responses to emails on a Friday evening and further correspondence over the weekend, even arranging for me to see a partial translation on a Saturday night. I will absolutely be using this service again, and based on this project, I would not hesitate to recommend.

Translation was done within 24hours, but some mistakes. It is better to check details in which one of the mistake was found. Best provide all information on names in English spelling can avoid delay of finishing. Good thing is they fixed the mistakes right away and was done quickly even though in weekend. Thank you for your work!

I got it very fast. The names werent the exact spelling. They fixed it right away.

I would recommend this EXPENSIVE service only if certain criteria is met: 1. You want to get this job done quickly (and virtually) 2. You need a notarized translation 3. You are familiar with the target language (because they will just run it on an algorithm and you will need to review it so they get rid of all mistakes manually. Latter, of course, if you choose not to have the special service of professional review for an extra payment. 4. You are not very price sensitive (they will charge you on a word-count basis: In my case it was one-page death certificate with recognized ~1000 words so they would charge a page every 250 words)

The process was quite simple. Quality was fine. Took longer than the estimated 24 hours even though we only had one page with very few words. Still grateful that it was faster and less expensive than other companies. 

Everything was responded to quickly and supposedly new documents are on the way, but I've lost at least one more day, possibly two, because the order I approved and the order I was sent are not the same - one document was missing and one was repeated.

The translation was swift, albeit with some errors. Fortunately the team was able to correct the errors in a timely manner.

I like how quick it went. But my form was almost 100% english and it just needed some words removed.. So i feel like 59$ for just removing some words was quite a lot. Other than that, quick serivce and Nice service advisors

Great service! 

First time using RushTranslate.  Great service making this task fairly simple and easy.  We did need a few revisions, but those were taken care of on the spot.  Would recommend and use again, if needed.

I was very impressed with the speed of the service - they certainly live up to their name!
