The best place for a quick translation of the documents (in English) into Croatian . Customer service: outstanding; did not want to charge me for a birth certificate translation because they did almost the same one a year ago. Although quite pricey, it was imperative that I had an accurate translation, as this document dealt with financial obligations to an overseas government entity and had legal implications. The translation was very good, although there were some grammatical fumbles, which I understand. I'm hoping it stands up to the municipality that I am dealing with! The service was very good, accurate and speedy! Thank you!

Estimated translation was promoted 24h, but after 2 days of no response, I followed up and got my document translated with couple of hours. Overall ok, easy online quoting and order management. But you need to keep the promoted return time.

Overall, I'm pleased with the ease of the process and the prompt response. There were just a couple of typos. In the chart, the number of weeks (duration) in the last column is 16 but the number "one" was deleted so the translation showed 6 weeks for both columns. Also, the word "the" was missing in front of "City of Grand Rapids." So it read that it was a "collaboration between West Michigan Works and City of Grand Rapids..." We caught and fixed them before sending the email out. Overall a good experience.

The translation came fine but, 1) I had to ask for the translated Certificate of Translation Accuracy in the language that I had requested and 2) the Certificate of Translation Accuracy came without a seal or signature of the translator on the online forms. Gladly, the printed copy (which I had to pay in advance and was expensive) had the seal and signature. If I didn't buy the printed copy, I would have been stuck with a pickle!
