The service was good but the quality was lacking. Something as simple as a copy-paste of a name spelling couldn't be done right, resulting in an additional 4-day delay. The translation lacked proper grammar and context, If I weren't bilingual (french - English) I would have ended up with a translation that wasn't accurate. I had to send the full copy of the translation I did myself to put us on the final copy.

Very good service, work completed well within the specified amount of time. The web site is quite easy to understand and use, Downloading the document and retrieval of the completed document very easy. The translation and certification document are very accurate. Not only they delivered an accurate translation of my documents very promptly, but they contacted me minutes after my order was placed to offer me a partial refund, as the extra services I requested were not required for the legal use of my documents.

At first I was skeptical on do anything like this online due to the sensitivity and nature of some of the documents people sometimes need translated and the quality. But this firm did an excellent job and put me at ease from the start. I ordered additional services "in case I needed them" but they assured me that I would be needing those services and offered to refund me right away. Most business would probably just charved the extra services and called it a day but the honesty and straight forwardness of this company was truly appreciated. They are easy to communicate and quick to reply. Even on wknds. I would highly recommend them for quick , accurate and fair priced services. I would definitely use them again!

Very please with the speed of service and quality of translation. I used another service prior to RushTranslate and gave up after spending a week of back and forth trying to get all documents submitted translated correctly. The service is a little more expensive than other options out there but you get what you pay for. Not only was the translation done in less than 12 hrs, it was accurate to the last detail.
