I honestly cannot believe the professionalism of this company and quality of the digital documents that I received. The translation was completely accurate according to my Russian son-in-law. I found the note that Adriana sent me very personal and sincere. I am still overwhelmed by its sincerity. I cannot wait to see the hard copies. I recently used RushTranslator for a translation service and was very pleased with their efficiency and speed. They provided the translated document on time, and the translation was accurate. One area for improvement would be to connect clients with the certified translator before starting the project to verify a few things. Despite this, I am overall satisfied with their service.

I choose rush translate because they aim to complete in 24 hours. However the process took 48 hours and the document was no longer needed by that point. Be careful if you need in a rush. However, the translation was accurate and the revisions completed quickly.

A translation company more accurately a scam, can never be any worse! I'm so dissapointed with their so-called services. Really? Paying hundreds of dollars for a few pages and getting them translated with hundreds of mistakes? They ain't got any professionalism at all. Spelling mistakes, mistakes in format, contradiction in the name of the same person on the same page, how ridiculous is that? When I asked for modifications, at some points they did but they literally COPIED AND PASTED MY OWN MESSAGES, so as a result the rest of the document is written on a certain font-style and the modified sentences with a different font-style, as they literally copied and pasted from my own text which I wanted them to change into. What kind of professionalismis is that? I would like to get my money back, but I don't even think they are going to. It's a clear scam. Stay away.

Typos, expensive and poorly reliable. 1) Seems like they used an older document from another customer, which is ok, but they also transferred some of their information into my document... Like.. what? 2) Typos, typos, typos 3)After submitting change requests, the revisions went back to previous mistakes already made, having to submit more change requests. 4) Bad usage of some vocabulary. I mean, I am not a translator but I could see some wrong usage of verbs on the translation. 5) Lazy enough to put "Ineligible" in some stamps that could be read with some effort. 6) Hiden fees. After getting a quote I paid for the order $50 USD, and before they worked on it, they requested me another $50 USD because there were too many words. I would appreciate a quote that takes longer to get but accurate since the first time. Smh, I wasted 5 days on revisions until I gave up and searched for another translation company. Edit: In comparison, I paid 120 USD for the other service with physical copy, no hassle, no hidden fees, no issues, no typos. This was back in May 2024, so I hope they have improved their practices by now. However, I wouldn't recommend this company.
